Friedkin Realty helped sell a commercial office building for my company. I have always found Alan Friedkin to be an honest and straight forward in all business dealings. He provided a market analysis on my property and made sure I received a fair market value for my property. I will continue to use Friedkin Realty for all my commercial property transactions. They are excellent and know the north side and Liberty Township market.

I had a recent issue with the owner of this business. He was rude, arrogant and condescending. I was stopping in a business at the same plaza where is office is located and the guy tried to tell me I couldn't park there.
First of all, the parking in that strip mall is for EVERY business, not just yours. Second of all, you don't even get any business from what I see, so you only need one parking space; your own.
I wouldn't trust this person to manage a parking lot, let alone sell me real estate.
