During the year and a half that I lived at Woodcliff, I always looked forward to coming home. The community was quiet, well-maintained, and very peaceful! Most of all, the staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. My time in Pensacola would not have been the same if it weren't for such a positive experience living here and I'll certainly miss it!

There was not a misunderstanding about cable and internet wiring. Yes, there is a difference between the box outside of the apartment and the wiring inside. However, both Cox and OneLinkUSA confirmed that their wiring going to the apartment was okay and it was only the wiring inside that was the problem. Woodcliff was one of the most peaceful apartments I ever had. Lisa and the Maintenance team were absolutely amazing. You can be driving off to work and whenever you pass by them they will be giving you a nice smile. Even if you're stopping by the leasing office to pay your rent Lisa was always there with a bright smile making you feel like family. She loves dogs and made my baby Winter feel like he was her own. We will truly miss Lisa friendly personality.
Whenever we had a issue with anything in the house Lisa would make sure maintenance know and they were always on top of it.

Random bills and bill collector will be calling you after you move out from their apartment. I’ve tried to clear up the bills for which I was sent to bill collectors for and I am being ignored. They didn’t inform me about any debt because I always pay my bills on time but now that I moved I’m being harassed by these bill collectors. I called and emailed Woodcliff but they are yet to respond. I’m Military and I wouldn’t recommend military personnel to stay here. I turned my keys in before December ended and fully moved out but I’m still being charged for January. I was told by Lisa that

Absolutely loved my time at Woodcliff. The one bed apartment I was in was a perfect size and the complex itself is clean, safe, and well-located. The amenities are well-kept: clean and easy to use laundry facilities, great pool and tennis court, but the real joy of living at Woodcliff is getting to interact with Lisa and the maintenance crew! My biggest regret is that I had to move out too soon due to a new job, but Lisa and the team were able to make even that process as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

We just signed a lease renewal due to how great our first year was here.
The grounds are kept immaculate year-round. It's a beautiful property with all the trees.
The apartments themselves are comfortable, spacious, and reasonably priced for the location. Less than a mile from Pensacola Bay, 15-20 min from the beaches, and 5-10 min from the mall, airport, or any store you would need to go to.
The office staff are great. Special shout-out to Lisa Hurst for being so kind and accommodating to our various needs throughout our first year.
