Great staff that emphasizes technique and form over reps and weight. Friendly atmosphere and community approach are prevalent at this gym.

This review is to inform members that Ryder Champouillon is a man of honor and his training and service at CrossFit DHP program are an excellent investment in health and fitness. For example, when I first met Ryder over 17 years ago at the dojo where I used to train, he was all about helping those who wanted to be physically fit and expand their knowledge of acupuncture. I became very fond of Ryder and how he discussed with me the elements of dieting and incorporating Chinese workouts. In addition, Ryder was very supportive when I hurt my knee and had to have surgery. Ryder knows how to make people

I have observed that the coaches are all super knowledgeable and can scale to any injury or handicap. When I first came in I was having severe elbow problems due to rock climbing. They were able to help me stretch and strengthen myself in order to mitigate the pain without exacerbating the existing injury!! To date I am down 50 + lbs, I would recommend this and do recommend this gym to anyone no matter what age or weight !!

This five star review is based solely on meeting the owner and getting an intro tour. I was driving by this place and last second decided to check it out. The cool thing about this place I noticed right away is it is not your typical warehouse CrossFit gym which often allows dirt and pollen but it's actually an indoor facility with front and back door to keep the breeze going but the dirt out. It's an old bank that is very well-kept and organized. I actually had to ask the owner, Ryder, if the classes were very big because the place was so clean. He told me the classes are typically A

Incredibly well-versed and experienced staff. I feel like so much of what stops prospective new people from going to crossfit is the intimidation, feeling like it may be too intense, or having heard negative opinions about the style of workout.
All of the coaches heavily emphasize mobility and injury prevention which is rare in most fitness facilities. They focus on form over ego, and any progress that you make is highly recognized and celebrated by the awesome community they have fostered here.
If you have any hesitations about trying it out, leave them behind and give it a shot. Really great
