I've spoken with a child-behavior doc about what he gets to do in class and the doc was *thrilled*. It's clear that he believes in the philosophies Sifu and Miss Heidi teach about the importance of play and physical activity for children for all aspects of their development. This is a great Martial Arts school! We only have great things to say about Sifu Mike and Ms Hiedi. My son attends classes here and hes shown noticable improvement in attitude, strength, focus and confidence. This school offers a sense of family and has a inclusive culture that is sure to build long lasting friendships. We love seeing our son blossom through the years while attending 4GK Martial Arts.

This experience started with a "Let's just check it out" Groupon. It has since turned into a biweekly commitment that my 7year old looks forward to attending. Sifu Mike and Ms. Heidi truly love what they do. Their enthusiasm and energy levels while working with their students is refreshing. My son's confidence in himself and his willingness to try new things has noticibly improved during class and in other situations as well. Absolutely love this school! The kids enjoy it and have a blast every time they attend. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They are very knowledgeable and very patient. They have fun with what their doing and allow the kids to really learn their techniques before moving onto the next lesson. They are in the mist of remodeling and have never looked better, If you are thinking about coming here its a must, your missing out

Two of my children have been coming here since December of last year. The whole staff is welcoming & accommodating & they listen to any issues you may have with them, the school, scheduling or with your children. One of my sons came to them with anxiety & overall fear of failure. He has THRIVED since coming to class. He now has confidence & is able to verbalize any problems he may be having instead of shutting down completely. My other son is a ball of energy & needed focus & a little more discipline, he too has achieved better listening skills & discipline. Si Fu runs
