R.E.M.S., Inc. is a fourth generation family-owned business operation in the South Bay area of Los Angeles for over 50 years. REMS originated as a division of Loegering Construction and Loegering Management, founded in 1949 by Fred F. Loegering. We specialize in the management of income properties and resident occupied properties, ranging in size from a single family dwelling to an apartment or condominium community with hundreds of units.
Is renter's insurance provided? While the property itself is insured against fire, flood, storms, etc., your personal belongings are not. We strongly encourage all our residents to obtain renters insurance from their local agent. Police - phone numbers for calling a local police department directly rather than using 911. We just got accepted to our new home starting the year. We couldn’t be happier with the service Michelle provided us. Since day one she was professional and answered all my questions. She helped us throughout the process ( we are not that tech people) however she was patient and made us feel comfortable working with her. Also the staff is great. The receptionist Doris is so sweet and caring. She suggested for me to see the house sooner if I was really interested. Thanks to her I saw it first and were able to rent it. Carlos the property manager was so nice to actually meet me at the property

My grandma has been a renter in Hawthorne for 4 years. Whenever there is an issue with plumbing or any other problems on the property, Carlo has always been available to help us out. He is always so courteous and polite and his follow up is amazing. We greatly appreciate being able to reach out to him for help at any time and know he will get right back to us. REMS is an amazing rental company!
