Black Bear Creek Apartments

I started my career here at Black Bear Creek as a leasing consultant. It was rewarding and I truly enjoyed it. I left for a short time and ended up calling the property manager to please take me back! I've now been back for over 2 years and it was the best decision I've made. Renewing Management (the company that owns Black Bear Creek) is truly an incredible company to work for. Not only do they care about their employees, they care about our residents! I am always available and here for the residents as well! I welcome everyone and do my best to assist and to all the current and future residents

Maintenance and management are horrible and the apartments have COCKROACHES They keep raising rent but the place is a dump.

They pool is still not open they said it’s not going to be open till august by then summer is over , the ac units don’t work I haven’t had a closet door since I’ve lived here and that’s been almost two years the electric box cuts are power off sometimes terrible service and annoying place to live

Maintenance does not maintain the property in the correct manner. Repeatedly cutting corners and performing temporary fixes to problems with permanent fixes.

The rooms are nice sized. The maintenance guys are amazing. The roaches aren’t tho even after my 2nd!! exterminations. They never do inspections so that’s a plus. Don’t leave your car doors unlock at all. The main door key works to every apartments main door. Feel safe yet ? No surveillance. Super thin walls I can hear my neighbors chew.. no but there thin dude!! Loud music all the time and I can not stress this enough ROACHES!! All sizes.

I'm happy I decided to make Black Bear Creek home! Staff is friendly, Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the apartments are nice!

I just moved in not too long ago but it’s going very well so far! It’s a nice place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. When you submit work orders, maintenance responds quickly!

I've lived here over two years with no problems with the complex or my neighbors my section of the complex is virtually quite. I had a issue with my AC unit they replaced the whole system! I love the affordable rent and Carla the manager responds quickly. No regrets moving here! Loving the new updates and remodeling too! Can't wait for the new club house to be completed. I haven't had any problems with bugs or rodents. My only issue is tenants don't always place trash inside the dumpster they just leave items in the corral.

I love this apartment complex. Moving here from Chicago was definitley an experience but it was meant to be! Blind move-in...very impressed!
