I came into this salon without knowing anything about it besides that it got good reviews and I came out blown away by the service that I got. The owner, Joann, went above and beyond with my hair cut - I asked her to style it however she thought would look good and I was super happy with it, so was my fiance.

In addition to Men's and Children's cuts, she enjoys doing Perms and Makeup for Special Events. Jacklyn specializes in Paul Mitchell Color, Highlights with Foilage and Balayage Techniques, Men's Haircuts and Beard Trims, Women's and Children's Haircuts including gorgeous Blowouts.

JUST GO HERE! I called Joanne last minute, 5 days before Christmas. My hair was ORANGE from a balayage gone wrong. I panicked because everywhere was booked. The girl that ruined my hair wouldn’t even return my call. I called Reflections and Joanne squeezed me in on a Tuesday, when she isn’t even open, with Christmas Eve on Friday. She fixed my color and it was the most fun hair appointment I’ve ever had. Will never go anywhere else.

I moved to Cumberland a couple of years ago. I needed a haircut before surgery and JoAnne was able to get me in the day. She listened to me about needing a short haircut because I would be able to drive for a while. The haircut was perfect. I have since been back a few of times. She always gets me an appointment within a couple of days. JoAnne is very nice and makes you comfortable while working you hair.

I had never been to Reflections before. I have driven by many times. I finally decided to call for an appointment only to find they were not going to be open on the day I wanted. I spoke with Joanne and explained that it was my 60th birthday and I wanted to do something special for myself and make myself feel better about my milestone day. Joanne said she would open up for me to come in. Well, I went for a cut, color and foil. She did such a great job. it surpassed what I had even pictured in my head when I made the appointment. I am so happy with my new look. I of course went and showed it off

I never wear makeup except for mascara and lipstick. My granddaughter was getting married and I wanted to look good. I am so happy I called Reflections for a makeup appointment. Joanne listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. I left the salon with a look that was elegant yet not overstated. My makeup endured for 12 hours with only lipstick touch ups. Everybody said I looked beautiful, and I did, thanks to Joanne!
