I rented with Heritage Homes for almost 5 years. Best rental experience I've had. They are extremely professional, friendly, and responsive. If I ever had an issue, they were out in under 24hours to resolve it. Hate to leave them, but will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!

Cathy, Stuart, and Kimberly are absolutely a Joy to work with! If there is any kind of maintenance issues Stuart is very easy to get a hold of and takes care of any issues promptly! Cathy is very professional and always goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need while living in one of their rental homes. Kimberly is such a Beautiful spirit. Without a doubt, a 5-Star Company. Heritage has been managing our rentals in Douglas and Carroll Counties for close to 10 years now. Cathy, Stuart and Kimberly are excellent. Cathy always finds us great tenants and Kimberly keeps us updated on anything we have a question about. Stuart is definitely our go-to guy for any and all repairs. He either makes necessary repairs himself or manages getting the right contractor for the job. It is a total please to work with such an honest company and such great people !!! I have been renting with Heritage Home Rental going on 4 years. The always take care of maintenance issues quickly. If they can't fix it they do not hesitate to replace it. Kimberly the office manager is so courteous and professional. She is perfect for this job. Her record keeping is out standing. Kathy is a fair business woman with a heart of gold. I plan to purchase a home in 2021. I will definitely be looking at the Heritage Family for advice.

I rented for a couple of years while in transition from one home/city to another, and had a very pleasant experience with Heritage. As a real estate agent, I understand the "stress" that can be involved with finding a home, and Cathy and the staff made it very easy for me throughout the process. I highly recommend them and frequently refer people to them when they're looking to rent vs. buy. If I need a place to rent in the future, I'll call Heritage Home Rentals.

Heritage handled my rental property for about 6 years. I can't say enough good things about Cathy and Stuart. They are both very caring people and worked diligently with us to get our property rented to good tenants. Stuart was very helpful with taking care of any maintenance issues that came up and always helped us to save time and money on repairs that were needed. They are genuinely kind people. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who could use their services.

Great company if you're thinking of renting your home in the atlanta area. Cathy was my property manager for many year up until recently when we decided to sell our douglasville home in 2017. We live in Virginia, and as you can imagine having a rental property in another state can be stressful.
Never once did I regret hiring Cathy and Heritage Home rentals services to manage my rental. My rental was never without outstanding tenants and when tenants did move on, vacancies were filled quickly. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I always felt like Heritage Home rentals had my best interest
