Sean & Dave have been amazing. I have leased a beautiful townhome in Smyrna since 2016, and he’s made it a great experience. Very professional, responsive and just great people that are genuinely nice. I work in the industry and it’s not common to come across such good people, that take care of their tenants especially renting privately. But Sean does an amazing job. Highly recommend going through Cardinal Property Management, Sean is great!

I'm a tenant at one of their properties, but I have been a vendor for years before that. Sean and his staff recongize that real property is an investment that must be maintained and inspected. While of course he is subject to owner approval, his recommendation is never to do the cheapest thing, but to choose the solution that offers the best value...value being a balance of price, quality, and time.

Sean Tintle is the worst property manager on the planet. He never answers his phone and if I am "lucky" enough to get a response he texts or emails in response to my phone calls. He lied to me about many issues and kept having phony service calls charged to my account. I wouldn't even get a notification in order to try to consolidate work orders. Just multiple charges per month which he would subtract out of my rent so even if I protested the money was already gone. If it tells you anything I'm with another property management company that actually charges me slightly more money but in truth I
