COG Management is very unprofessional to tenants. I can not speak on behalf of homeowners who use them as a management company. I was a tenant for more than 10 years, never late on rent, and there were minimal issues with my residence when I moved out. I paid a $1250 deposit as well as a $750 pet deposit (for a pet they wouldn't allow me to keep). So I move out, get told I could dispute any charges I didn't agree with. I did so, heard nothing until BOOM, a notice from a debt collector they had turned me over to collections without the ability to dispute the bogus charges they were attempting

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have been renting from them for 1 year now and our house is literally falling apart. from mold, to the walls separating from the baseboards, to the floors literally falling through and it took them MONTHS to send anyone out here to get anything fixed. When they finally got a maintenance man out here all he did was make everything 1000 times worse than it already was, said he was going to home depot to get the supplies to fix it all and never came back. The company has been quick to respond to my questions since the day I submitted my application. My leasing agent, Greta Farmer, provided detailed information and made herself available whenever necessary.
When I moved in I received keys to a home that was clean, safe and functional. There were a few items that needed to be addressed which were handled expeditiously by the maintenance team.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision in choosing a home managed by Cog Management

I am back on here to give a new update as to how horrible this company really is.
Wednesday, July 24th I was in the hospital having a c-section with my first child. By the time we came home from hospital something happened to the ac unit in our condo. That Friday 26th my bf came home to shower and make sure all was in place for us to come home on Saturday. When he walked in the thermostat on the wall said it was 99 degrees in the unit. So he went online and filed a maintenance request. Well they assigned it to a maintenance worker but no one had came out. They

This is the worst place ever to do business with. i signed my lease on the 1st and had to wait until the 23rd to move in due to work orders not being completed. well i moved in and the work orders has doubled and as of today 4/8/19 i am still waiting on the work orders to be address let alone completed. the property is infected with mice and rats.. literally two different kinds and the pest control company they have a contract with has stated he has asked this company more than once not to lease the unit until he had the issue handled. i was told i could break my lease due to all my issues but

I am an owner of multiple rental properties and I also currently have my residence on the market for sale. COG handles all of this for me. I am very pleased with the relationship I have with COG and would highly recommend them to anyone with real estate needs.
My agent, Terri, has been outstanding to work with me even though I am not always the easiest customer to work with. She won't let my properties stay vacant very long!
Megan, Greta, Andy and Jolyn are always very helpful and take great care of me I'm regards to property maintenance, financial reports etc.

If I could give them zero stars I would.... This company is the most shady, unorganized, lying, scheming, disrespectful, money hungry company you will EVER come across.. If you see a sign saying they manage something run as fast as you can. I lived in a townhouse for 3 years with very typical, but less than avg wear and tear yet they charged me for everything when I moved out.. From painting to cleaning the carpets.. Mind you not a single stain was on the carpet. I changed filters, and cleaned everything.... But still had 4000 worth of bull crap in repairs they conjured up; which I will be disputing

Horrible!!! This company took over the where I had lived for almost 6 years. When they took over I had discussed with Greta (who was over the property) what needed to be done since the other company didn't fix the problems. She said everything would be fixed. I had another woman take pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and still nothing!!!! An insurance man came to take pictures and still NOTHING!!!!!! I have been using COG Management for my rental property for almost a year. I have had a very positive experience with them so far. I was using a very well known Real Estate Company to manage my property before and it was a nightmare. When problems arose they would contact me to approve it, coordinate it and fix it. I live on the West Coast so the time difference can be an issue if there is something that needs immediate attention. With COG, my tenants are well taken care of. If something comes up the issue is dealt with immediately. They have a great website which I can log into and see

I hired COG Management for leasing my home and managing the property. Right off the bat, there were issues with the maintenance coordinator. The lady was a hot head. Repair estimates used to take more than a week. When I asked her for a maintenance request, she told me to go to the rental home and open the door for the repair guy. I had to tell her that they get the management fee, so they need to go and open the door! The repair estimates were more expensive than what you would find from popular outfits. Since my 2006 job relocation ,COG has done a masterful job managing my primary home! Any negative issues that arose came from those renting my property.I was even reimbursed when the tenant accidentally moved out my original washer and dryer I left behind. I can't be happier with their property management team,and in all aspects of our agreement.

Still having issues with this terrible management company. Whatever you do, don't rent a house through them. This week I notified them that my a/c wasn't cooling. It wasn't even 75 degrees outside, but it was over 80 degrees in the house and I'd had the a/c set on 69 all day. They told me to change the filter. Really????? Did they not think that I would know if the a/c was working or not? Anyway, this delayed getting anyone there for two days. I have allergies and the pollen is terrible.
