Chestnut Hill East consists of 2 and 4 Skiff Street. At 4 Skiff Street, you will enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer hook-up in your apartment, a 24-hour fitness room, and a billiards room. This community offers free basic cable, free storage space, a 24-hour laundry room, and a live-in maintenance manager.
Chestnut Hill North offers affordable, clean, and spacious apartments nestled above Hamden's "Miracle Mile." Most apartments at Chestnut Hill North include heat and hot water. Some also include air conditioning and gas cooking, too. Select apartments have large balconies or patios. Grow your own vegetables in the organic community garden, or cook at the grilling station in our picnic area.
Chestnut Hill South has it all-spacious apartments, open floor plans, over-sized balconies, and a responsive maintenance team. This community offers floor plans ranging from 615 square feet to 1508 square feet. All apartments include heat, hot water, air conditioning and assigned off-street parking.
Located in the desirable New Haven neighborhood of East Rock - only a few blocks from East Rock Park and the beautiful Pardee Rose Garden. Eli Whitney is all about walkability. It is a short walk from hiking trails, gourmet grocers, restaurants, and to Yale University. Our community is conveniently located on the Yale Shuttle.
Lakewood, a smoke free community, offers floor plans ranging from 368 square feet to 1066 square feet with very competitive prices. Heat, hot water, and air conditioning are included. Enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Whitney in the rear of the building. Check out the observation deck by the lake or take a bike ride to the Farmington Canal Trail.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and it is by far the best apartment i have ever lived in. Well kept place and very clean seriously.When it snows, the apartment complex is actually cleaner than the main road, which is Hartford Turnpike ( the snow crew do a very very good job). And yes, Tim, the maintenance guy is a ninja. You need anything fixed, before you blink it is already done. Neighbors are friendly and very very quiet place.

I lived at Rosewood for the past 3 years while attending law school. When initially looking for an apartment, I wanted an accessible location with a quiet environment. With Rosewood I got just that. The community is very family oriented yet quiet and peaceful. The complex is conveniently located next to major highways, making travel super convenient.
My unit was spacious and up to date. The pool, garden and playground made the complex feel even more like a home. All my neighbors were friendly and personable. The maintenance team was excellent and everyone at the leasing office was always helpful

I have lived at Rosewood in North Haven for almost two years. I am very pleased with the upkeep of the property and the responsiveness of the one site staff person Tim on the occasions that I have had small and large upkeep and mechanical issues. I am also very appreciative of the quick clearing of driveways, especially the parking space in front of my garage during the winter snowfalls.

I lived in the 11 building for 12 years! Time flies. I moved out last year when I bought a home. I LOVED the location, the quietness, the Superintendent Timothy, and the community garden. I grew my own flowers and veggies for years, right outside my door. I would highly recommend this place if you're seeking convenience to New Haven (It's right on 91 and the Merritt), or if you're looking for a spacious bright condo at a decent price.

Great staff, especially the superintendent, great location, well designed rooms, and convenient online bill bay.
I lived in one of their lux apartments for two years and was exceedingly pleased during my time there. The wood floors are a nice change from the carpeted floors that are standard in many of the surrounding complexes. The parking was great. Snow removal was timely, and the superintendent was there to resolve any problem at any hour. Finally, management was very quick to address any concerns that we had with noisy upstairs neighbors.
My only gripe is the road noise from Whitney
