Run away from this place and don't look back. The apartments are over priced with no upgrades. Someone will move out and 2 days later they will move someone else will move it. The front and back door to the building has been broken over 1 years and still not fixed. They will get your money for a run down apartment and never fix anything. Only the surface looks good stay away.

I have been living at Seramonte Estates for the last year. The new management that owns the property now has been making great updates and repairs of the buildings and the outside of the property. I have viewed an updated apartment to transfer, and they are absolutely stunning. The inside of the building has been updated and it looks beautiful and refresh. I'm happy to say that I'm loving the Changes that are happening.
The office manager is really nice and friendly she is also attentive and respond quickly to my calls and emails.
I'm happy with the new changes and the future here at Seramonte

I have lived at Seramonte for over a year. Within the year new staff has come in and I see a great difference in the property. The grounds are maintained, staff comes to my unit within 24hrs to fix any issues I have. I have a newer apartment but the new look they are doing is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
I recommend coming to check out the property. It definitely looks better than I have ever seen it. I am happy to be part of this community!

I highly recommend not to move here. These people wants your money and that's it. They're hackers when comes to fix stuff if they fix it. My mistake was to move here and I don't want others to waste their money and time with this people. And don't believe the five stars post They're completely lying about this place. FTP!!!!!

I just transferred to a renovated apartment.
It is incredible.
New Bath (beautiful tilework very modern) & All new Kitchen.
The workmanship is top notch.
They just renovated the hallway and that too is a huge improvement.
I wanted to review to report that the new owners/management team are very professional and accommodating. The parking situation here has improved 100% percent thanks to their efforts and the office is always helpful.

I called to enquire about the availability, no one responded.
Got an email with all information about the leasing. The email had a link where i can schedule the showing with the available times. I schedule a showing and then got email from the person who was going to help stating that i work until 4:00 PM. I had schedule showing for 4:30 PM.
Then i requested for other times, the person told me to come on a sunday 11:30AM when i reached there, i received an email from the person that they will not able to make it.
wasted my time. Looks like these people don't need business.

This place is very disgusting, since I first moved in I noticed bugs were always inside my house and I asked my neighbors and they said they had them as well. The management is also rude and does not care about their tenants. I’ve asked them multiple times to come fix my shower for a few months now because it doesn’t have hot water and I have a 10 month old son. I have to boil water jus to take my son a bath not pleased at all with this place don’t waste your money with this place!

You get a decent amount of space for your $ and the apartments are convenient to shops and the highway, but I have never experienced such complete incompetence from a management team. First off, they lied about a bunch of things before I even moved into the apartment, including whether the apartment would even be ready on my move-in date (it wasn't - the oven hadn't been installed and the window locks were broken), and whether the building was secure (it wasn't). I have been living here little over a year and just renewed my lease a few months ago. I now regret my decision to renew. When I first moved here it appeared as if they were "trying" to fix things up and make the complex a nicer place to call home. What I have noticed and experienced was the A/C and heat is ALWAYS an issue. My electricity bill is crazy high because of it. You would think I lived in a 5 bedroom home wen I received the bills. Unbearable noise, insecure and poor quality upkeep and indifferent maintenance. To start, the noise is ridiculous. Old and poor construction makes for terrible noise: I can hear every footfall of the people upstairs! The squeak of many footsteps is so loud it makes my cat jump. The property manager implied that noise is not a big problem here, since this building is all one-bedroom apartments, so there should be few children, which are often the most uncontrollable noisemakers (I have grown kids; I don't mind regular kid noise). The worst part of living at Sermonte Apts is to deal with the maintenance. They are slow to respond. We had our microwave handle broken, and called the maintenance to fix it. They actually never showed up. The microwave handle was already very loose before we moved in. After we moved out, we were charged $294 from our security deposit. When we call the maintenance (the guy called Edwin) to ask them clarify the charge, they never return our call.

The other problem with the apts is that the A/C pretty much does not work. They claim the A/C to be new. So, we had the A/C always on but the rooms were

Had problems with this place from the start. Move in day they didn't even have the right amount of keys made. We then moved in in 90 degree heat with no ac because it was broken. The sliding blinds broke, the ones by the deck door were off the track, one of the closet doors was broken, a shower curtain fell on my roommate during a shower, there was no power in the outlets in the newly renovated bathroom and THEN we find out when the cable people came to install our Internet and cable that the wires didn't run to our place!
