Apartments are way overpriced for what you actually get. They aren’t updated at all and the leasing office offers everyone a different price for identical places. Management doesn’t care about residents which is evident based on how they treat you when you have something unexpected happen and you need to extend your lease. They tried to gouge me on price until I fought back. They will come into your apartment without calling first even though I specifically said I had a dog and wasn’t comfortable with that. The redeeming quality about this place is location and the community upkeep. They

So far so good...although we’ve only lived here for like 3 weeks now. I’ll post updates as my stay here continues because I know I find reviews super helpful (especially when deciding where to live).
Management is really responsive when it comes to repairs. Our liaison, Janet, is the best! Everyone in the neighborhood is super nice and says a casual hello even if you don’t know them.
The east side is peaceful and we love the dog park. I agree that the rental agreement is pretty thorough (and not in a good way). Basically everything and anything is your liability and fault so just know what

Scammers. Just want your application money. Spent a long time with Janet who neglected to tell us that there was a required fico score to be accepted. We even told her our scores. Don’t tell me a leasing agent… doesn’t know that specific requirement. So we were denied with no chance of finding another way to lease either by a guarantor or co signer. Would not refund the application fee. Even though the website said that part of a special is no application fees. Horrible!

Town Walk was a pleasant place to live, but it definitely was not going to be a permanent stay for me. Staff were always helpful and responsive (except man working in the mail/recreation facility who displayed a lack of standard decency on a few occasions). That said, amenities were respectable for the cost but could stand an update.
Be sure that you understand the complete terms of your rental agreement before trying to make any changes. The staff want to help as much as they can, but they're just people working for a greater company.
A message to the complex: Due to the location of my unit

When we were looking to rent an apartment, one of our concerns was how management would respond to problems. During the three and half years we've been here the response by Town Walk management has been excellent. The key to any relationship is communication. Management and resident services are reachable, they listen, address issues and follow up in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff especially
maintenance technicians, Mike B and Jen, are extremely competent, courteous and caring, never leaving a mess behind.
So far our decision to move to Town Walk has been a good one.

Just moved, after living here 4yrs. Definitely a great place to stay! Always felt safe. Staff courteous (Leigh- since gone, Liz, maintenance - Josh), and helpful. Friendly neighbors. Two pools (free during the… day, though crowded on the weekends), great to sit by and do some reading, or take a dip in. REALLY nice gym/ workout areas (yep, two!) appreciated for late night workouts. Some workout classes, and other community events. Take a relaxing walk, or run around the complex, or jump right on to the Farmington canal just by the gate for a nice bike ride. Will definitely miss the place
