I’m unsure of who was there the evening of December 4, 2019, but that pair was the best. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a make up place and they were so helpful and amazing at all of the questions I had for them. I’m a huge fan or UD, I’m an even bigger fan because of them. I just had one of the best experiences at Urban decay at Macy's!
I wanted to grab a few new high quality brushes from Urban Decay and I was surprised to see that they were having a sale since they just launched new pro brushes!
I was immediately helped out by Leanna, who was super helpful and friendly to accommodate my needs!
She patiently explained all the different brushes and their uses! I ended up buying 5 brushes and she also recommended some other products like the Staying Spray !! I am always on the hunt for new products and she helped introduce all the new amazing products of

I was greeted immediately when I walked up to the counter. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and easy to talk to! Another girl walked up as we were talking and she was also really nice! I wish I got their names but they were working on 2/26/2016 around 3:30PM. I am closer to the Oakridge one but the customer service here is better! Thank you ladies! :)

If you're finding a place todo a full face makeover, this is the place! I recommend to schedule an appointment with Dre aka Megan. She is truly amazing. She was able to do a wedding appropriate makeover while keeping the whole makeover process fun. She's easy to talk to and you can tell she knows what she's doing. Her technique is quite unique. She does the eyes first then the foundation then finishes with the eyebrows. Trust me her technique works!! I had a lot of compliments on my makeup & totally recommend Dre.

I walked in and was greeted very nicely by Cindy! I was going out for a birthday celebration and wanted to have my make up done she said she was free to do my make up and I loved her make up that she had on so I agreed and came back in 30 minutes for my appointment. We had the best time doing my make up she took her time and we were having such a good time laughing and chatting! I showed her a photo of make up look I was going for and she went beyond my expectation! I will be recommending her to all my friends and returning to her in the future for my glam needs!

I love UD! Megan the blonde one (Since there used to be two Megan's) is my go-to person whenever I have special events, questions to ask or if there's any new products or events going on - I go to her! She's an awesome makeup artist and what I love the most is that she's so detailed and friendly! I remember when I first transitioned into UD makeup I didn't know a lot about their products and she helped explain to me what this does and what color fits for me. Which gives me another reason for what I look for when I'm shopping for anything is excellent customer service

I love Urban Decay; I have the Smoked palette I got at Sephora but it has been almost a year and I haven't made any improvements on my outer appearance. Not only does this beauty tendency takes time, it takes a lot of money, too. I bought 3 things and it totaled to a little over $110.
Friendly girls that seem to know the products but based on my single experience here, the girl isn't meticulous so when I left, I realized that my lashes were not put on evenly. I wonder how many folks I passed that saw but did not point out the obvious. OK, maybe I'm a little too critical but

All I have to say is JACKEE is the absolute best for me. The staff here is really nice and friendly. I prefer to have Jackee do my make up. Here's my update:
I was late from getting my hair done and was late for my appointment. Jackee was able to squeeze me in plus on top of that she recognized me right away. (she knows her customers) Let me tell you I was grumpy for being late and still having to get ready to go to a wedding.
As soon as I sat in that chair and she started doing her magic, I calmed down from my high horse. She suggested these amazing eyelashes ( everything she suggests

My usual brands are The Balm, Kat Von D, and sometimes MAC. I started to take an interest in Urban Decay when a friend of mine bought the Naked Palette. It consists of a full size brush, primer, and 12 eye shadows. For under $50. Fabulous quality.
