At 208 Pro Tech, your needs are what drive us. We like to help you succeed, and do that with excellent customer service and long term solutions. Located near the huge new Amazon building in Nampa, Idaho, we are the exact opposite. We are a small family owned business and we believe in personalized high quality customer service for their technology and computer needs.
You describe your technology needs, and we will help figure out if it's best for an onsite visit or if you can just drop off your computer or laptop at our shop. Our goal is to offer same day service, but some work may take up to 48 hours depending on availability. If you have repeating needs for your home or office, ask about monthly plans.
We aim for 5 stars every time! Just ask for real work examples. We want to be a significant player helping with your one stop computer repair and service needs. Rob has been great to work with. My wife and I use Apple technology ( several devices) but we are tech dummies. Rob keeps our equipment safe and running efficiently and is very patience when he teaches us about something new or a better way of doing it. I recommend anyone, home or business, to try his service; you will be very happy you did.

I had a computer that was locked up due to too many incorrect passwords. I searched the internet for someone to unlock it. It seemed that most of the links brought up on my other computer were not going to be compatible with my needs, and wanted to do work remotely. I called Rob and arranged a time for him to work on it. Since I live 130 miles away in Oregon, it was nice that he could squeeze my little job on short notice. He actually finished before I had completed my Costco run.

I asked Rob for advice on finding a laptop. He found a great laptop that is perfect for my home office and my school needs. It is a Dell that is well made and I haven't had any issues. He even helped me set it up so it’s set up perfectly for what I need. It's light and fast with a great screen, and it fit the tight budget I gave him. I'm using it daily for my homework and my home office needs. In addition, I know that Rob does a lot of computer repair, and would be great at helping troubleshoot and repair my computer or network if that time comes. Rob is amazing! We are on an acre with several buildings and had what I thought was an impossible situation.
