I took my computer into 208Geek recently after it "died", they were able to find the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix but they were very helpful, pleasant and took the time to explain the problem to me which I appreciate as I'm not a computer whiz.
They explained my options including replacing my computer with a new custom built computer but they were not pushy or condescending. In the end Brittany actually charged me less than the quote because there wasn't anything they could do to rectify the problem. I would definitely go back to 208Geek in the

Excellent work. Needed two older Laptops (VIAO and Surface) wiped an re-imaged. Since they were a bit older (especially the VIAO; Sony no longer manufactures laptops) we weren't sure if they would be able to re-mage with latest Microsoft Operating System. They were both successful. Done quickly; same day. Small team, but they definitely know their trade well. They are now my go-to for computer work.

Contacted 208GEEK and they quickly set up an appointment time and then fixed everything I asked and in a very timely manner. Loved working with Kyle on my computer problems as he's very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very grateful as it was something I hadn't been able to do for a long time.

I am very pleased with the service I received! I work from home for a hospital system out of Minnesota. My only access to the hospital system is my laptop. I accidentally cracked my screen and was happily astounded that they were able to make an appointment and get the part number within an hour thus minimal downtime from work. Then again after the part came in, another appointment and a little over an hour my laptop was repaired. The other repair places I called wanted the laptop for an entire day for both processes. 208Geek, LLC you have a customer for life and I GREATLY appreciate you all!

I had an issue with my docking station and computer interface that prompted my call to 208Geek. They were at my office in less than 24 hours from my phone call and resolved the issue in less than one hour. Additionally, Ben performed a "wellness check" on my laptop and corrected a couple of nuance issues that had not previously warranted a call. Couple that with Ben's very personable demeanor and his obvious skills led to a professional relationship that will continue. I highly recommend them.

I was in a real bind. I couldn't get my laptop to boot up, and even though I'm fairly tech savvy myself, all my efforts were futile.
