Tiffani Hernandez The reaching out to me about my inquiry I made about an apartment. She asked me a couple of questions. I explain to my situation then the main question was was am I employed. Told her due to Covid I lost my full-time job that I had for seven years and now I am currently on unemployment as I try to find another job. MP Realty is very professional and responds when called. I had an issue in the winter when the furnace malfunctioned and our heat was not working. I spoke with Diane. She contacted a repair person and informed me as to when they would be able to come out meanwhile she had maintenance bring heaters to our home until the furnace could be repaired. The repair guy was there the next day fixed the issue. We have not had any issues since...Thank you

I wanted to rent here but Tiffany gave me the impression she was busy with others apps and mine wasn’t important for whatever reason, I never wanted to write a review because I thought maybe she really was just busy but looking at these reviews from this company from others blacks now I understand why she made me feel like I wasn’t even worthy of being in her presence and especially wasn’t worthy to live in a UNIT of hers. Tiffany is unprofessional .
