No longer living here but the experience is hell, do not listen to anything John Micheal says because he lies out of his rear end, when there are complaints he does nothing about them he send Alex to do the work for him so he doesn't have to deal with it. He never answers the phone. Alex is busy with Tenant constantly while he sits in his office with A/C and does nothing. Absolutely nothing. Oh and when it's time for move out and John Micheal says he won't charge you because you've put in work orders for something, he's a liar I never got my deposit back and I wrote a letter

Been here about a year and so far not much too complain about . Parking does suuuuuck though ( people double park and it's kinda bad because of the pandemic due too a lot of ppl not working ) and there a few homeless people around and about but literally other then that it's cool . It's close too EVERYTHING which is a big plus ! I'm just thankful that i have a roof over my head and for it too my first apartment I'm grateful .... I'll update soon if anything changes lol

I had a very positive experience while interacting with management and through the application process. The process itself is very extensive and can be stressful at times however, staff will do their absolute best to move the process along and make it as smooth as possible. Alex and John Michael do their jobs very well and show care/concern for their tenants.

Very bad experience with the manager or assistant manager
They don’t know the value of time they said it will take a week but wasted my 10 days and says further it will take more 2-3 weeks to process application.
As i requested before applying to process application asap and they assured they do so within week.

I'm currently applying to live at this apartment, whether I get approved or not I just wanted to say talking with Alex and John-Michael has been an amazing experience. Alex was incredibly professional and went through the application process with me over the phone, answered any questions or concerns I had and was accommodating to my needs. Me n my fiancé have been living here for the past 2 n half years we love ❤️ living here the mangamet n staff at the office are very nice 👍🏻 helpful the maintenance are awesome 👏🏻 there yet there for you when u need something fix. Do NOT move here! Unless you want your privacy & rights violated! Whats worse is when you find out theres nothing you can do about it after you've already tried to take legal action! Not only are the staff UNtrustworthy and shady AF (Anita & Jesus) try some of the neighbors! I would have to agree with the previous review. I have lived her since 2009. This was my first apartment since moving out and heading to college. At 19 you don't expect much, your more elated just to be out of your parents house. Fast-forward. From 2009 to 2010 management was nice, the manager had been around for about 17 years prior to me arriving and one day he just was gone. From 2010 to 2011 I stayed within the community and moved to a 2 bedroom, which two gals had taken over as property managers and were awesome!! slight crime and theft was up. People. Judg people. They call it the comuty( AKA) the BLDING or courtyard) one problem. With that is no one talks to any one they just judg and we should get to gather. Once a month meet are nabors so we can look after each other not judg. (Like it says in the bible! ) now thats a comuty. That every one deserve s to live in. (To love your self is to love others )
