Accommodates up to 4 people. 1 Bedroom condos are located on the first and second floors of our 3-story building. One of the two lanais (balconies) opens off the bedroom. Televisions are included in each bedroom. The Cliffs is located on the north shore of Kaua'i in the upscale community of Princeville. Traveling to The Cliffs is best done in a rental vehicle, reserved in advance, and available right at the airport. We have special arrangements with Enterprise car rental. For Enterprise, please contact the Cliffs Activities Desk to make arrangement at (808) 826-2005 or email activities@cliffsatprinceville.com.
Tennis court hours are from 9:00 a.m. to dusk. Complimentary tennis racquets are available at the Front Desk on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tennis balls are also available at the Front Desk. For your convenience, there are several BBQ grills located around the property. There are 'ocean view' gas grills located between buildings 4 and 9 and in the gazebo by building 8.
You can find so much to do and see within 5 miles of The Cliffs that you may not want to go anywhere else! Kauai is a very popular destination to visit. It is important to book activities in advance with our discounts. The Cliffs in-house concierges are the experts and will offer suggestions and ideas to make your vacation memorable.

This was our first time staying at the cliffs... It took a little while to warm up to this place. We were in building three which is a little way from the enjoyable cliffs but we were near the pool which was nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows felt like they were falling apart. The worst was you can hear sounds above you quite well and there was a very noisy (and maybe a bit spoiled) child above us. Luckily they were gone within a few days then it was much more enjoyable. The lanai was brick but very dirty, it could have used a really good power washing. I

Nice pool, tennis court, well manicured grounds, and condos are well equipped for those who like to cook their own fresh fish and vegetable purchases from farmers markets across the island. Each unit has a stacked washer/dryer for easy laundry. The Cliffs often have food trucks and twice a week farmers markets on site. Concierge is also on site to help you arrange to take part in the island's activities. You need a car as public transportation is very limited. No a/c in condos, only fans and ceiling fans which were perfect for our visit in November. Condos are clean, more rustic than modern, and

This is our first time visiting Hawaii and as first timers we relied on the reviews. I made this review because there was not enough pictures of the actual room we stayed in. Hopefully, the pictures provided will clarify exactly how the room is like and what to expect.
