Our family of four travelled from Honolulu to Kauai for my daughter's two year birthday party with extended family who have lived on Kauai for generations. We rented a condominium unit at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort from Princeville Vacation Rentals.
The main reason for my negative review is the unprofessionalism of Princeville Vacation Rentals. I emailed them well in advance of traveling to Kauai letting them know that we would be checking in between 3:00 and 3:30. I received a response from someone via email, indicating that they would let their on-site greeter know of our intended arrival

We are currently doing a staycation on the North Shore, visiting all the way from Poipu, since we haven't been off island during COVID-19. We booked through Princeville Vacation Rentals and our stay has been amazing! Super convenient for pre-arrival and check-in, and the unit is clean and a good fit for us. The unit at Ali'i Kai has beautiful ocean views, high on a bluff above the ocean.

We stayed in Unit 121 at the Lae Nani Condos in Kapaa. The location of this unit is outstanding. It appears very close to the pool, but this was no issue. The unit may be the most private unit in the complex and is surrounded by the ocean. The interior could use some updating and the kitchen could provide more provisions, but the bed was comfortable and the views more than made up for this! We would definitely stay again :-). Princeville Rentals were very prompt in getting our rental in order, and easy to work with. A great experience all around!

The team at Princeville Vacation Rentals made me feel right at home! The customer service representative answered all my questions before we booked, the greeter upon our arrival was friendly and knowledgeable of the area, the location of the rental was fantastic and gosh, WE LOVE PRINCEVILLE! Long ago, my wife and I decided that Kaua'i was the most magical place on earth and Princeville the epicenter of all the beauty. Because of the north shore's popularity with visitors, it has always been difficult to find a place at the right place. Enter Princeville Vacation Rentals!
