We have a variety of remodeling experiences in residential and small commercial renovations. Remodeling a small space or an entire home, is an exciting process. It also can feel overwhelming. Every project is unique; therefore, we provide a comprehensive plan and a detailed construction schedule to assure a smooth and enjoyable project for you.
Portrait Homes Northwest turned our construction grade master bedroom into a luxurious master suite and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jeff, Trina, and their entire team are wonderful to work with. They are professional, personable, timely, budget conscious, and detail oriented. Their communication is great.
A: We need to review the lot or property, house plans, county for permit costs and finishes you are interested in. We also take into account our previous custom homes that are similar in design, square footage and finishes. We have local subcontractors we have worked with for many years. Jeff and Trina help with planning and design (if necessary), scheduling as well as being on site.

We retained Portrait Homes Northwest to serve as general contractor on the top-to-bottom renovation of our home in Forest Heights, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Their work was impeccable; no detail was too small to receive less than full attention; and when a structural problem was discovered (and there were some doozies), Jeff and his crew always managed to find a solution that could be implemented without delay and without breaking the bank. We especially appreciated how quickly Jeff and Trina responded to any questions we had, and the assistance of Trina and Laura in sourcing

Jeff & Trina Spang, owners of Portrait Homes NW, are an exceptional team. As an owner of one of their buildings, my family and I are beyond impressed with the quality, detail, craftsmanship, and overall execution of even the finest detail. We've heard on many occasions various compliments from friends and family, but on a recent visit by strangers looking to buy a vehicle we were selling, the visitors were more impressed by the residence and the construction detail than the car they came to buy.
