Like a breath of fresh air to find mechanics who can do the job right and fast and who won't gouge you in the process. I gave up on the Mini dealership which took two and a half hours (!) to mount a single tire last time and swung by Tire Express with two tires I bought online. From driving up to driving away, I was there maybe 15 minutes, tops, and it cost less than the dealership charges for the same service. What's not to like? Admittedly, they don't have a posh waiting room -- or any waiting room, for that matter -- but I needed tires mounted, not a cup of coffee.

When you call and they can’t tell you how much tread is on the tire they quoted over the phone… just walk away. Shifty. Untrustworthy.
“Would you buy a fish out of the water,” the guy says. Well no, that’s why I’m asking before driving over there.
Great thing about the internet, this shop is one of a hundred with contact info side by side. Easy enough to not get ripped off.
I’m not saying they’re scam artists, but avoiding this shop seems like the safer bet.

Can't give you a name because they wouldn't give it me but a simple experience turned sour quick. If your vibe is off over the phone I can only imagine what it's like in person. Maybe it was a bad day idk but I didn't even go. I went to Macs.

Bait and switch. Called this establishment beforehand. Provided them the year make and model and tire size required. They quoted me a particular price. After getting a ride all the way to the establishment to purchase said tires they then had to first look for it.. and then quoted me 30 plus dollars each above the price they told me per tire. I didn't buy the tire . Going somewhere else

I can't recommend this business enough. I needed two tires replaced and all of the other tire shops required a three day notice for an appointment and told me it would take 2 hours. Tire Express did the job as a walk in, for cheaper, in less than 20 min. They also rotated my tires for free. Will certainly be returning.

I hit a weird bump driving through DC and my tire pressure began to go down rapidly. I was so worried that I’d be stuck on the side of the road and then I found Tire Express. They got my tire replaced for cheap and did it quickly. Being from out of town, I would have never found a tire shop open that late. Thank you, Tire Express!

My daughter was driving on bad tires and did not know. I would be leaving DC in about 8 hours. I needed 4 tires quick. Found Tire Express close by and decided to check them out. It was the best decision made. In less than 30 minutes I had 4 good tires on my daughter's car. I left DC a few hours later knowing she would not have to fight with unscrupulous sales people. This was the best tire experience I've ever had! It was Sunday afternoon and all tire shops were closed. Drove in and with not even a two minute wait they began getting the nail out of my tire and patching up ! I was done in less than 10 minutes ! Super friendly and fast would definitely recommend this place

I did NOT take my business here & I urge others not to as well! The person on the phone was so rude & nasty I had to end the call! He told me he couldn't give me a price over the phone because of the different brands. I asked what is the cheapest tire in my size that you have? He screamed the same thing at me! Very rude & unprofessional! Don't waste your money where you are not valued as even a prospective customer!

Came here about 6 months ago to change a flat, they charged me $45 for a used tire. Later, I find out it was the WRONG SIZE, and took it back to be replaced, now the price was $60. Months later I get another flat (thanks DC) and came back and now the price was $75. I asked to speak with the manager and the guy says he's the owner (not true since I had spoken with him regarding the last 2 incidents) so I call the store as I'm sitting outside, the lady who answers basically says she's the owner but if I have a problem they're "busy now" and legit hangs the phone up.

Two words! Con Artist !!!! They sold me two USED tires for $75 each and because they knew I didn't know anything about cars, I paid for them... And on top of that the same tire they sold me has A HOLE IN IT less than a month later and now I have to buy a NEW TIRE!! I AM TRYING TO HELP WHOEVER IS READING THIS!!! Please take your car somewhere else! Please stay far away from these DISHONEST people. We can't give DISHONEST people service! Run them out of business!

Paid $80 for a used tire and it burst to shreds two weeks later on I-295 in a spectacular fashion. Everyone was ok and I quickly replaced the tire with my spare.
They did give me a jump for my car for $10 bucks one day (are they not merciful?) - so one extra dimly lit star for that.
Simply put - Go to the burbs for tires where you can at least be guaranteed consistent quality and low prices.

Great fast service! The business is called Tire Express and let me emphasize on express. Truly a lifesaver! I found this place on yelp and saw from another review they had a BMW too. Kinda wished I went to this place sooner. I hit a pothole on the beltway on my way to falls church, va. I was able to drive about 10 miles before for tpms came on and the car started to become shaky. Got out and inspected the tire and noticed the hole on the sidewall. Normally, I would be able to drive up to 50 miles on these run flat tires, but not with a damage sidewall. I quickly began calling shops in the Falls

So for the past few weeks I've been having to put air in my right back tire.. I figured it was a slow leak so (after bein lazy lol) I looked these guys up. I called to make sure they were actually open (7 days a week til midnite!!) and swung past. They were fast and it was much cheaper to plug (had a nail in it) my tire than I thought.. I'll definite come back if I ever needed tire servicing of any kind : )
