Stopped by to have a couple tires looked at which had gone flat sporadically over the holiday week. Initially, I’d stopped at a station near my house. They claimed i needed complete set and would run 700-900. Id also have ti leave my truck there for the afternoon. A friend suggested going by radial tire, which was a bit further away in an industrial part of silver spring, but I figured I’d give it a shot. They checked me in, said replacement was not necessary as I still have plenty of tread left. Hour later my truck was done, both tires patched for a grand total of 36 bucks. These guys are

Always fast. Always friendly. Especially on the phone. They have repaired tires for me in the past, told me I didn’t need new tires yet when the dealership said I did. They event told me when to come back and gave them checked, sent me away again with another time to come back. I was able to get another 1 1/2 years out of those tires the dealership said needed to be replaced.
My dad is a mechanic (in the Midwest) and I feel like they take as good of care of my tires as he would.

Again radial tires has far exceeded my expectations, which are already high. I brought my car in for a front end alignment because it was “drifting”. The owner saw me waiting and asked me what I was having done. When I told he said a bad tire can cause it to drift. He said, “I’ll check on it” and he, the owner did. It did not need an alignment it needed two tires and front end work which they recommended I get done first and see if that solved the problem. They could not do the front end work so they were not trying to make additional money from their diagnosis. All of the customer service

Radial tire is a well-oiled machine. You pull your car up in a line, a worker writes out a service order, and you wait. I chose the upstairs waiting room with a window looking down upon the service area. I could see my car and next time I looked it was gone. I went downstairs and my car was done! They had fixed my leaky tire at a cost of $18. They were fast, efficient, and honest. They took great care of me and my car. Plus, they were extremely nice and happy people. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else but Radial for tires!

I’m new to the area and Radial Tire Company was highly recommend to me by my friend Charles (Baltimore County Corvette Club). I’m extremely particulate who works on my vehicle (Range Rover). They not only provided great customer service from the initial phone call, but during the entire process. They run a very efficient and effective business. They get you in and out and make you feel at home. The workmanship and the price…. You can’t beat it anywhere! No kidding, I saved over $400, and love how the car rides with the new tires and the alignment.
