Very knowledgeable staff and open to answering questions, for me anyway. My tire went flat at work and I had my car towed to Mac's and the guy inspected my tire and told me there was no leak in my tire. He could've not told me anything and tried to sell me a tire anyway (essentially stealing my money) but they didn't do that, they were honest and I was able to save over $100 due to their honesty. All I needed was a rim seal

I am posting a review after I had to go to Mac’s Tire for a second time in 5 years. I wished I didn’t keep getting nails in my tires but this is DC which is one big construction site so nails on the roads is a common occurrence. I love that Mac’s is open 24/7 , I went on a Sunday at noon after Christmas Day 2021. There was no line, you can just drive your car straight from the street into their work shop. The technician was friendly, knew what he was doing and I was in and out in 10 minutes. You can pay by card, you can tip the technician by card as well. Cost me approximately 17:86 cents

On the way home, we noticed that our low tire pressure signal came on. Mac's Tire was the first place to pop up when we searched for good tire places in the area. The staff was amazing, the service was cheap and fast. The icing on top of our experience was learning that the shop is Black owned and Black run. Overall an amazing experience, we'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Mac's Tire Service! When in need of a tire, I've traditionally passed this place up because of the line. HOWEVER, do not be discouraged by the line!! It's no different from any other place, well except for the fact that they work extremely fast!! I was out of there in no time and drove off feeling like a new woman!!
The people that work there were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! In addition, you have the option of purchasing a new tire or a used tire which can be a life saver in some cases! Definitely give them a try!

This place is my go to! I recommend the shop to anyone who needs a quick tire change. Quality tires and great prices. They were very quick and honest. Also, having the convenience of a 24/7 tire change spot so close to me is my favorite part. As long as they stay open, I’ll be a customer. I just wish there was an option to tip the techs!

This is such a cool business. Think about it. A tire shop open 24/7 365 days a year, Christmas even, literally always open and last night was the second time they saved me. I have run flat tires and had to drive a relative to Dulles Airport this morning but I had a flat last night.
I headed over to Mac's, got in line, listened to some music and in hardly any time at all, they gave me the choice of used or new, and I chose a used tire that looked like it had a lot of tread and the price was more than fair.
I love Mac's, it's a great business and great people.

I had gotten a flat and then woke up to my spare being flat so I walked up with just a tire in a bag. Since it is a drive up location, I called the front desk and the attendant sent one of the technicians out to come get me. The technicians were so helpful with my tire and they plugged the 2 holes in my tire within 20 minutes! Mac's will definitely be my go to tire spot from now on!!!

The time to hit Mac's is early on. Sunday. There are no lines as the City is still waking up. Since it's a single-line drive through you are at the mercy of what's going on with the car in front of you. When I need service, I always pick and off time to go when the line is short.
The service is always excellent, I always feel welcome and in world of big box consolidation, it's nice to support such a vibrant local business.
