Carova Beach is home to 11 miles of unspoiled beaches which stretch from Corolla to the Virginia line. There are no paved roads in the communities of Seagull, Pennys Hill, Swan Beach, North Swan Beach or Carova. Bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the west by the Currituck Sound this is where you'll find some of the broadest and cleanest beaches on the Outer Banks.
Located between the sound and the Atlantic Ocean, here you can enjoy a host of community activities. These include biking and walking trails, two community piers, three basketball courts, four tennis courts, an outdoor childrens pool, an adult swimming pool, bicycle rentals, kayak rentals, a clubhouse with a full gym and free WIFI along with activities for young and old alike.
With wide sandy beaches Ocean Hill is just north of the Currituck Lighthouse and Heritage Park, this oceanside community is part of a natural preserve and flows with rolling dunes and tranquil surroundings. Situated ideally close to Corollas shops, restaurants and historic attractions, Ocean Hill offers guests access to the areas lovely beaches, close proximity to the Corolla Village and the Whalehead Club.
It offers wide sandy beaches and a soundside habitat offering visitors the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. Cool off in the oceanfront pool or take a short stroll to the lakefront pool. The community also offers tennis courts, playground, basketball, nature trails and a fishing lake. The new fitness center is fully equipped and only guests of this lovely community may purchase daily or weekly memberships to this exclusive center.
