We absolutely love this property and the OBX experience for Christmas! The location, size of the property, and views are perfect! The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! We had new glasses and dishes upon arrival. The kitchen was built with industrial size refrigerators that were replaced with commercial so that does take a little away but I'm sure they will be replacing them in the future. We will be back again in the summer!

I highly recommend against renting from Kees
Vacations. This company has repeatedly lied to
me about their role as host on Airbnb and has been
exceptionally greedy when we had difficulty with
our reservation. I'm sure they are fine if you never
need help or a modicum of decency but if you
happen to needs those things, they will take
advantage of you at any opportunity. I've been
traveling to the NC coast for over 10 years and
I've never been treated so poorly or dishonestly.
Find someone better to rent from on the Outer
Banks.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Whalebone Cottages in Nags Head. We have stayed in the same unit for the last three years. 2019 was awesome but 2020 had some cleanliness challenges. We loved the location and decided to give the unit another try. I'm so glad we decided to stay again! I will admit I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews that talked about cleanliness. I am happy to say that was not our experience. Our unit was immaculate. Since 2020, the furniture had been cleaned, unit had been painted, grill grates replaced, and it appeared the steps had been replaced. The kitchen

We had an excellent experience with Kees Vacation Properties from start to finish. They made all the policies perfectly clear and responded in a timely fashion to some of our questions. The rental unit was extremely clean and the kitchen was well-provisioned for most of our cooking needs. We will definitely recommend this cottage to our friends and family.

The Sea Gull Motel is an excellent value for a dog-friendly room with easy beach access to greet the sunrise. The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire booking/check-in process was managed online. This was a great home base for our 3 night visit to the Outer Banks. Quiet in the off-season, but we could hear people in neighboring rooms. Consider bringing a speaker to play white noise (or ocean sounds!) if you're a light sleeper.

My husband and I booked this house for our honeymoon but found it was not like the pictures on the ad. There was water damage and mold on the ceiling. I received less than half of what I paid to rent the house as "compensation" due to it being my honeymoon. The conditions were unsafe and the ad on Airbnb was misleading. Never stay with Kees Vacation.

We rented The Mermaid House during the third week of July, 2021. The house was beautiful, and the owners provided beach toys, games, extra amenities and much more so our stay would be enjoyable. This rental provided more than any other rentals we've had in past years. Our door lock opened at 4:00, and there was no problems with the house. We loved our vacation!

Sweet Magnolia was the perfect house for our vacation! Brand new house with great outdoor space. The heated pool was great for when the storm made the ocean too rough to enjoy. The interior was very nice and spacious, couldnt have asked for much more. The movie room with the huge projector was great for football and movies. I would recommend anyone with a large group to book!

We stayed at Sweet Magnolia with a large group for a long weekend. The new, modern house showed beautifully and was clean and well prepared upon arrival. Where it truly shined above and beyond your standard obx house was the themed lighting, built in wireless audio system and up-scale furnishings throughout. We loved the huge landscaped backyard and rec room filled with the latest games and tech for a seamless indoor/outdoor playground for all ages. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

I booked a weekend stay for my husband, pup Maverick and I as a short much needed getaway. The Fin & Feather was perfect. Clean, beautiful view, close to Manteo, Wanchese and great restaurants (Bassnight's Lone Cedar was AMAZING). We enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the dock Saturday and early Sunday morning we were up and on a nearby beach to watch the sunrise. Lesson learned: ALWAYS carry your phone when outside of the room if you didn't fully memorize the code to unlock the door. Greatful for the neighbor that loaned her phone and assisted in contacting someone to assist us.
