Elderlink
We are the ONLY senior care referral service licensed by the Department of Public Health. We provide independent and free personalized senior care placement services to fully screened and approved nursing home, board and care, and assisted living facilities. A Care Counselor will assess the information you provide and based on that evaluation create a personalized list of appropriate facilities.

ELDERLINK is committed to helping every person who calls to find the most appropriate and cost effective retirement care. Working with us will save time, relieve stress, anxiety and frustration. Nursing homes and other senior services facilities are critical to senior citizens.
Services
Throughout our lifetime we make many important decisions that will have great impact on the future. There are books written to guide us for information for our children, pets, how to invest, diets, nutrition, exercise, religion and employment. Being the Adult Child of Aging Parents we have little or no training on what to do if Mom or Dad can no longer live alone.
ELDERLINK was founded by Irene Wechsler, whose own mother suffered from Alzheimer's disease. Irene offers compassion and understanding to her clients and their families. Again thank you for your excellent service. Not only are you personable with helpful resources, but your follow through and attention to detail makes working with you a joy. l.
Retirement and Assisted Living Residents are alert, independent and ambulatory. Some facilities are licensed for residents 60 yrs. Alert, independent facility that provides the same amenities as retirement with the addition of assistance with bathing, dressing, medication dispensing, incontinence care, ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
Seniors and their families can depend on us for Conejo Valley Senior Care options they can count on. ElderLink can help you find Conejo Valley senior care that you can trust and that offers the comforts of home in an assisted living facility in Agoura, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Lake Sherwood.
Before recommending an Orange County assisted living facility we pre-screen and evaluate for many things. All of the Orange County nursing homes we recommend must have safe and clean amenities, qualified caregivers, and personalized services. And because of the cost of most senior care and senior services they must also exhibit cost effectiveness.

Elderlink has been incredibly helpful for finding my mom assisted living facilities for my mother. The rep that I worked with was kind, compassionate and a great listener. She took down information about my mom and what we were looking for her in terms of care and housing and in return, we got a good list of assisted living places to check out. Elderlink followed up a few times to see how we were doing in our search and was always willing to provide more suggestions if needed.

While we didn't end up putting my mom in assisted living, we will use Elderlink again if we needed to in the future

I recently used Elderlink referral service to find a board and care home for my dad. I was overwhelmed and frustrated trying to find a place for him on my own. They were lifesavers! Their staff was professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. They provided a list of facilities that were appropriate for my dads care needs and budget. They asked my permission to be contacted by the facilities and I couldn't have been more pleased. They helped me find the perfect place for my dad! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELDERLINK!!!!

These places make their $ off commission once you place your parent. They will call and harass you to no end once you make contact with them and give them your phone number or email. DO NOT USE THEM unless you enjoy being harassed by their high pressure methods.

The team at Elderlink were so incredibly helpful when I had to find a board and care facility for my 90 year old friend. She had just been put on hospice care and need more one-on-one care than were she had been living. The team at Elderlink recommended several places that had availability and I was able to get her in a good home very quickly. Elderlink also had excellent follow-up.

Well if you like rude, pushy and annoying this is your service! I recently got a referral list from Elderlink and ended up finding something through "A Place For Mom" which was WAAAYYY better to work with (ask for Jacquie). Now Elderlink calls me to demand information on where we found a place. Worried about their commission I'm sure. The idiot who called me wouldn't even give me her name, just a nasty, pitiful person. Guess she didn't want to see her name here.

This organization used to be known as California Registry, and in 2006 I used them to find a residential care facility (a.k.a. as a board & care facility or a 6-pack) for my mom. It worked out well; she was there over 8 years. Recently I contacted them because she had to be moved and they sent me a list of potential matches based on area, price, etc. All of the facilities were given my contact information, asked to call me if they had an opening and send me a brochure. Only one of them called; he was a very pushy, slightly rude and condescending doctor and I did not look at his facility
