There are many eyeglass lens options available. Your eye care provider will take your lifestyle and vision correction needs into consideration when helping you select the right lenses for your eyes. Transition lenses - These lenses are made of dynamic materials that automatically adjust to the level of surrounding light.

Patients with large amounts of astigmatism and are not satisfied with their vision and still want to wear contact lenses. Scleral contact lenses are large-diameter gas permeable contact lenses specially designed to vault over the entire corneal surface and rest on the "white" of the eye (sclera). They tend to be more comfortable than standard rigid contacts and provide better vision than soft contact lenses.

I had an appointment with my eye doctor called doctor Vikki Chow today. I had a great experience as I sat in the doctor chair and called out the letters I saw on the wall. The doctor shined a light in my eyes and I moved my eyeballs to look all around the room. The doctor dialated and examined my eyes. My eyes are completely fine. Thank you for my appointment.

From when you first walk in the door To when you leave you feel important and listened to. I have been going to Dr. Schneider for many years and he always pays attention to all aspects of my eye check up, explains things well and answers all of my questions. He also has a fun sense of humor with me while being professional at the same time. Just moved to the area and was in search of a new optometrist. Lots of good reviews for Camarillo Vision Center, so thought I'd give them a try. I visited to get an eye exam due to blurry vision when reading. I did a pre check in on their website, which was easy and fast. The staff and doctor Chow got me in and out quickly. They accepted my vision insurance and the total cost for frames and lenses was about $25 after insurance. I recommend to anyone.

We have an HMO, but couldn't get an appointment due to COVID-19 cutbacks.
I easily got an appointment with Dr Chow. She's incredibly thorough. I was very impressed. The quality of care difference is night and day. I'll be back to see Dr. Chow, even though my insurance doesn't cover her care. My sight is important to me. I trust Dr. Chow.

I highly recommend Dr. Schneider and his whole team at Camarillo Vision Center! They are kind and knowledgeable and make the entire process easy from start to finish. They sent text message reminders before my appointment so I wouldn’t forget and I was able to fill out patient paperwork online so once I got to the office I was able to go right back and start getting my eyes checked out. The office was nice, clean, and high tech with the option to do eye mapping where they could take pictures of my eyes to catch any issues that may be going on. I felt they were so thorough and double checked everything
