Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. Me and my girlfriend have loved living here. By far the best experience I've ever had with the multiple apartments that I've lived at. It's a quiet community, the landscaping is well kept, maintenance was always quick to fix any issues we had. I love the fact that they're technically townhomes without the townhome price tag.

I have lived at The Dominion for a year. I have had an excellent experience. The office staff Joe, Madi and Trachelle are very professional, friendly and always ready to assist you if you need anything. If you need something fixed, they are prompt and efficient. There is a minimal noise in my unit. I just signed a new lease agreement. The most important thing about living here is that I feel so very safe. This is very important to me. I would highly recommend The Dominion if you are looking for a home.

Super quiet and the staff is great. So far I love my apartment it’s just what I need for me and my dog. My attached garage is a huge plus for me in regards to safety. The only problem I’ve had is two nights this week someone was knocking on my door late at night, luckily there’s a courtesy officer on property!

It’s very hard to find an apartment with an attached garage that isn’t ridiculously expensive. We would stay if we weren’t moving cities. Definitely recommend to anyone looking!

I’ve lived at The Dominion for four, going on five years and I would recommend this place to anyone! I’ve had a great experience with everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team. Trachelle, Joe, and Madi are always so friendly and helpful and they really make an effort to know you on a first-name basis. I’ve always felt welcome when I come into the office and they’re so quick to help with anything I need or answer any questions I have. The maintenance crew is alsoamazing, which I really value. Tom and his team are always very friendly, helpful, and respectful

I have lived here for a year and a half and have enjoyed the spaciousness of my apartment and the two car garage that is part of it. The garage is a big deal to me and it is nice that it is also a gated community. The grounds are always well kept and green, and in my experience the complex is nice and quiet. Mrs. Trachelle in the office has always helpful and quick with any questions I have or maintenance requests as well.

Has got to be one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever lived in. Not in terms of amenities or quality of the living. But the people who work there and the way they act. After getting fed up with maintenance not coming to fix things I had to fix them on my own. Not a big deal, but for what you pay, they should be able to fix issues in the apartment. On top of that I was charged an obscene fee for "cleaning" upon move out.

My boyfriend has lived here since December 2016, I moved in with him and we upgraded to a 2 bedroom in July 2017. We love it! Cindy and all the women in the office are so sweet. The fact that it's gated makes me feel so comfortable! Only complaint we've ever had was for noise one night. On site police officer returned our phone call immediately and the ladies in the office apologized more than once :)

I have been living at the Dominion for almost 3 years at apt #1304. After all these years we finally purchased a house right two months before our lease was about to expire. I went in to the dominion office to inquire about what happens if I leave two months before my lease expire march & April and I was told I have to pay two months rent 85% and if the apt gets rented I don't have to pay for those month. And I was like ok I might save some money if I did this then and I signed a paper to leave two months before my lease expired but now when I went to make a rent payment for month of March

If you have pets DON'T move here. I moved here my last semester of college, I needed a short lease for 6 months. When I got the quote for the rent and pet deposit it seemed reasonable, just like the other apartments I lived in. They mentioned it was $500, half refundable and the rest non-refundable. This is still a lot considering it was for a short period of time and I could just have renewed or extended month to month my previous lease. I'm very disappointed about some of the Dominions policies. Although there is a sign clearly posted outside the gate that unauthorized vehicles will be towed, it is not enforced. When I got home and realized someone who I did not know was parked in my designated covered parking port, I called the towing company and was informed that management would need to authorize the tow. I called our on site cop and informed him of the issue and his response was that he didn't think it was that big of a deal and did not feel comfortable authorizing the towing.
