Everyone (Vickey and Shirley) at this business who deals with the payment processes, they lose checks and causes financial burdens to customers and homeowners. When checks finally get cashed they are months later. It’s very unprofessional. They half the time can’t remember what they do or did. You have to get everything in writing and if you do they lose it. Horrible management company! They done very little to take care of the problems at their properties!
