We offer hot and warm power Vinyasa yoga as well as other special yoga and wellness classes, focusing on whole body & mind well being. Great care has been put into the studio and the programs to foster physical health and inner peace for everyone who comes into the studio. Yoga Panel (Low EMFR far infrared heating panel specially designed for yoga) creates therapeutic environment with a multitude of health benefits.

The gentle rise in core temperature will detoxify the body at the cellular level, releasing toxins and strengthening the body's immune system. Be prepared to sweat! This powerful flow of vinyasa yoga in the heated room will challenge you to your true strength, while deep stretching poses will open your body, and savasana (final resting pose) will take you to the blissful state. You will feel invigorated and peaceful at the same time. This class is for all levels, and modifications and advanced options will be offered.

This is a fantastic Yoga studio both in practice and in feel. The owners and teachers lead with kindness, knowledge and patience. But it's the practice itself that shines through here: if you like a physical challenge and want a psychological and emotional boost just try it. Seriously try it!

Fantastic space in a great location. Although a bit biased (my wife is a teacher here) all yogis and non-yogis alike will feel welcomed when entering and rejuvenated following the practice. The infrared heat that is used is very healing and warms the muscles and body from the inside out. It's awesome!!
