The Dickman Company, Inc. was founded in 1996 by a group of experienced brokers committed to providing unparalleled service in the industrial real estate market. The firm's Chairman, Samuel D. Dickman, brings 55 years of real estate experience in the Milwaukee area. His vision of a company - an aggressive advocate for our clients - is practiced daily at the firm.
Sam, Jr. has practiced in the field of Industrial Real Estate for the past 27 years and he is co-founder of The Dickman Company. Sam's area of expertise include ground up development, investment real estate, sales, leasing and property management. Sam focuses on long term relationships and enjoys advising clients on every aspect of their real estate portfolio.
TJ joined The Dickman Company in 2009 after receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice president. TJ has established himself in the industry as an industrial specialist, working with both property owners and tenants alike. The cornerstone of TJ's practice is to serve his clients with integrity and hard work.
Zach Noble is a Principal and Shareholder at The Dickman Company where he specializes in industrial brokerage, specifically landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and self-storage transactions. Zach's first taste of real estate dates back to 2010, when he first started with The Dickman Company as a summer intern.

Michael Tomlin worked to locate a 2400sq ft shop EXACTLY on budget. It took about a month but I can tell you that several agents representing other companies told me there was no way I was going to find what I was looking for. I am beyond pleased and will be building in the future and will be sure to use Michael and Dickman Company!
