This is my second and last time visiting this salon. My first time was so great. The ladies listened to what I wanted and performed the services to perfection. This second time I went in for a pedicure and a fill to my acrylic nails. On the paper where you check what you want I checked a pedicure and a pink and white fill. While the first lady was working on my pedicure I decided to just get a brand new full set. Nails are uneven and my eyebrow are even more crooked. She took off way to much of my eyebrow. I asked for a clean up. That was it. The left side is literally leaning because she took off so much hair. The front desk said "sorry about that". At least I didn't have to pay for it. But now I have to fill it in. Would not recommend.

Very nice place! They squeezed us in on a Friday night at 6:30 and we had the best service, they didn’t rush the process at all and we both got gel pedicures and they were fantastic and so detailed! Great job from Leon and Summer! Thank you very much

Ok. This was my second time going in the nail salon and I decided to take my daughter because I did have a pleasant experience for my first visit being new to this area. The nail tech Sammie did a horrible job on her pedicure did not remove the dry/dead skin from around her feet. I noticed it and I was like no this is not good. We have been getting pedicures for years and I came back with my daughter for her first impression to be awful. I brought it to the manager attention and was told it's dry skin that required lotion. This place is great! We have been living in Dallas temporarily and I am so happy to have found Aria Nail Spa. The salon is clean, there are many services to pick from and the staff is excellent. When you walk in you will be greeted by Van- he is an awesome guy that will take very good care of you. I will miss this place when I go back to Philadelphia! I highly recommend if you are in the Richardson area!

I visited the Aria Nail Spa for the first time today, and I had an overall bad experience. I received a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was decent; however, the manicure took almost 2 hours, and the… manicurist seemed poorly trained. By the time she was done doing my dip powder nails, my cuticles were bleeding and burning. I told the manicurist, and she said sorry, then I told the manager as I was going to pay, and he gave me a wimpy 10% discount. The powder has lasted over 2 weeks and my nails have not chipped yet! Great walking distance from my apartment and close location to Cityline DART station. I will be returning!

I've been going here for about a year now and I absolutely love it! My nails always look great and the owner is amazing! The staff is kind and considerate of my needs.
