Rude staff and overcharged. We walked up at 6pm (when their sign says that they close at 730) and right as we're walking up, they turn off the open sign. I thought that was odd so we asked them if they could take us. We told the lady that it was no big deal if we had to come back another day, we'd really didn't mind and understood. The pregnant lady at the front debated it for a solid minute, could've said no but went ahead and took us. They ended up getting mad at us at the end while we were waiting for them to finish because they had to stay late when they were the ones that

I don't know what happened to this place. I hadn't been in several years since I moved, but was looking forward to going today. The place was empty and there were 2 staff. One of them wasn't wearing a mask and i politely asked if he could wear one, since we are in the middle of a Covid surge and all. He said "it's ok" and pulled one out of his back pocket, but then delayed putting it on. We get to the seats and everything is just so dirty. The basins, the spot where you put your feet, the chairs, etc. So, we left.

I really liked this place because they did my nails well but I never feel welcomed or taken cared of. The other guests were treated well and everyone was talking to them but you get kind of left out when you feel singled out because when I walked in, I was a bit lost because no one was at the front desk so I stood there and a saw me and nail tech asked me what I wanted without being greeted. Then it was downhill from there. I tried to engage in conversation with the nail tech but it was one word responses. Not only that when they were cleaning my nails the mess went all over my shirt and hands

I seriously can't recommend Quinn enough. It can be rather difficult to find someone who's willing to try new things and approaches nails from the artistry standpoint in addition to the technical standpoint, and she nails it every time. Also as someone with anxiety it's hard to bring a picture in of something I'm wanting since I've gotten some bad reactions in the past and I hate feeling like I'm bothering people, but even from the first time I came in she was very open and kind.

It was okay. Came here because of the Yelp reviews but...I made the mistake of paying before I left. My bill was $80 + 20% tip. After the two young ladies were done w/me, they left me sitting in the pedi chair. Literally sitting there. No one came to check one me, no idea how long to sit there....they did leave a fan that did a good job of cooking my chest off but that was it. Regret my tip. Oh well, will continue to look for a regular manicure pedicure place for me to visit.

Literally wandered in after leaving central market & just needed my soo removed and a gel pedi, I got a manicure the pineapple or papaya or something (only $10 more than the regular $20 manicure) it comes with a arm massage w/ hot rocks and omg I fell asleep/ so relaxing on the arms. They were quick and so friendly. Yes you still get spa quality but for a decent price, no more expensive than a regular nail shop. Don't cheat yourself, get a specialty manicure and you will understand why it's worth only $10 more. My French pedicure is so neat. Will definitely be

I have been going to this nail spa for four years and I’ve never been disappointed by the great professional job ! It’s a treat to go and I always leave satisfied and happy. The nail techs care about the customers and are very meticulous and perfectionist about their work. I make the longer drive out here because I know that they care about their work and clienteles.

Location is convenient but parking is terrible. The building is small and crampy. Not a lot of stations. I was seated immediately. The service was good. Drinks were offered.
Not sure of her name, but my lady was pretty rough. I showed her a picture and she completely ignored it. And then tried to blame me for her mistake of doing the complete opposite of what I asked for. Her work is NOT what I asked for but still turned out pretty

I’ve been coming to mspa for over a year now and I love getting my nails done with their dipping powder collection.
Pros: A polite demeanor is never missing and the dipping powder collection of colors is plentiful. They have fall/winter and summer/spring colors, along with ‘mood’ (temperature sensitive) and metals/chrome colors. Also my dipping powder is long lasting (3 weeks) Never grinding my nail bed to a thin sheet like others do. Pedicures are relaxing and done well.
Only ‘Con’: Usual time spent here just for a dipping powder session is 2 - 2 1/2 hrs (a little too long for me)
