I love this salon. I have been going for about a year and my nails are beautiful. I do Nexgen to keep my natural nail as healthy as possible and the team here are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend. I went to Tracy after having a horrible acrylic nail job from another place and she made my nails beautiful again.

I have been going to Sol Nails in Richardson for 5 years & they never disappoint. Amazing mani & pedi every time! I actually moved 50+ minutes away & still drive here since other places are never as good as this salon.
The pedicures are always so relaxing & leave my feet perfect, idk how they do it. The manicure & nexgen are also unreal in fact, I hate writing but the reason I'm posting this is because I have been admiring my new set every minute since I got it. I wish I could post a video showing how perfectly smooth yet thin they are making them look very real yet

I rarely get my nails done because I've been to so many places that disappointed me but thank god my friend introduced me to this place!
I got nexgen with tips and Tiffany was so amazing and my nails look great, the nails are smooth and not insanely thick like other places I've been to. I'm literally so happy because my nails have never looked so good. I'll definitely be back again!!

Worst nail experience in my life. Last review I gave them 5 stars and now, this last nexgen experience has left me traumatized and wishing I never went. This was the first time I'm back at the nail salons since the pandemic started so I was looking forward to getting my nails done and supporting a local nail salon that I used to go to prior to pandemic.
I ended up crying at the salon because the guy that did my nails, cut and butchered my cuticles after I told him do NOT cut my cuticles. And the whole time he was filing, this was the most painful

I I have been doing business with them for months and liked it, but now the quality is not good I tried glow in the dark nails twice and they never glowed and when I told Tammy all she did was grad the ultravlights yes they glowed under the lights and I told yes they light up now but not at home and received no resolution. So I gave them another chance my nails and toes don't match and I told him what color wanted and toes with gel polish and my toes doesn't shine. I called and all she offered was for me to come and get them done over and for powder dip and toe nail gel polish change was $55 and

I wish I could give zero stars, this is usually my go to salon and I was so disappointed this time. I usually get nexgen nails but the toll on my nail beds has lead me to get regular polish this time and I am not happy with the results. The only description I can give of these nails are extremely splotchy and careless application. I even asked for the more messed up nails to be redone and the result is still horrible!!!

Got dip nails with almond shaped tips done by Tiffany, I was quickly seated, and immediately offered a beverage. She took her time and payed attention to all the little details ❤️ smoothest, and cleanest tips I've ever had!! She even took the time to carefully Clean up UNDERNEATH the nail. Best experience ever and definitely my new favorite spot!! Reasonable prices as well!

I used to LOVE this place but I don't think I should have to wait at 3:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon! (Or be asked if I have an appointment.) They clearly need more people working if they aren't ready and waiting for customers at 3:30 on a weekday. They said it would be 10-15 mins and asked if I could wait but didn't offer me anything to drink but offered the other lady something to drink after asking her to wait. Super disappointing. With so much competition I can't imagine I'd ever be back.

I took a chance to try Sol Nails based on other Yelp reviews. It's difficult locating a reliable nail stylist. Btw, I don't normally get regular manis and pedis but the experience I had at Sol Nails changed my mind.
I really just wanted a pedicure. I decided to get a manicure as well. I chose gel nail polish and the diamond package. What a treat to myself!! Self care/self love is best, right?! Vivian and Rose took really good care of me during my visit. I loved the way my manicure and pedicure came out.
I work with equipment a lot so I knew my nail polish wouldn't last a month

Discovered this salon about three years ago. I have always been happy with the service and the way my nails turn out. During Covid I have been hesitant about going into places of service but Sol Nails has taken every precaution to keep themselves and their clients safe. I feel safe going in for my mani/pedi. If you haven't tried them yet, please do. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first visit to this salon - I had a gel manicure with French tips and basic pedicure done here yesterday. The salon itself is taking adequate precautions with regard to sanitation and cleanliness - there are Plexiglass windows up between the clients and manicurists/pedicurists, all staff are wearing masks, and the chairs/equipment are all being sanitized between clients. I noticed, too, that all of the nail equipment packages are individually wrapped.

After a long wait - finally got to give my hands and feet so much needed love! Make an appointment- when you arrive you are asked to sanitize your hands - there is plexi glass between you and the stylists. Everyone is wearing masks. I got some terrible in grown toe nails on my feet - Vivian did a great job making my feet so happy!! You get a glass of wine during your visit- my pedicure was the best $35 I have spent in a long time it included an15 massage.

Love this nail salon; I've been coming here off and on for years. The prices are super fair and they always do a wonderful job. It's only $15 for a classic manicure and $25 for a classic pedicure! The mani includes paraffin wax and a massage, and the pedi includes a massage too, plus a drink of your choice (alcohol included). Vivian is my favorite for pedicures! She is always happy and super interesting to talk with.
Bottom line: don't be taken by the fancy, expensive nail salons when Sol Nails has everything you could want at a great price.

Sol Nails is really economical for getting nails done along with being really clean about the nails equipments and place. They are really flexible with their appointments and do not rush through appointments even if they overbook.

Update of my review: I have been coming here off and on for several years. The service experience are usually above average. However the last few months my pedicures have chipped regularly, sometimes within days and one out of every four nextgen have chipped or lifted under 10 days.
I think it has a lot to do with who performs your service and or something with the polish.
It's frustrating to always have to go in to have them fixed.

If I could give this establishment 6 stars I would! Excellent service!!! They truly pampered us today and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased and enjoyed our pedi-mani. Excellent pedi and mani, excellent massage, I can not WAIT to come back!!!!!
Update: This nail salon hits it out of the park every single time I go!!! At some places, you hope you don't get that one person, not here, it doesn't matter who you get, they are all excellent!!! I will never go anywhere else! My mani/pedi is so fresh! I'm so ready for the holiday season!
