Had a lovely experience here, met amazing people, attained lots of healing. Fair warning though, the call center does lie to fill beds so be sure to push them during intake. However, that is a problem with the company itself, not this facility. The staff and people here are lovely and I had a great time!

What can I say? My clinician, Tia, was great. The family counselor, Marcus, was equally as great. The other clients, and sense of community really made this place - such a good group of people (for the most part). The group sessions were all very useful for my recovery, and I appreciate the tools that I gained during my stay.
This is where things fell off a cliff. There was a major COVID issue when I arrived. Most of the clients were quarantined, and daily testing was administered to everyone. After everyone either left treatment or were released from quarantine, the daily testing suddenly stopped

My experience with Spring Hill was a very positive one. The food was great, the staff was fantastic and the community of my peers in recovery were also fantastic. I was able to get away from the stress of life and come to this remote location and begin my journey in recovery. The location is so beautifully tucked away in nature that you can’t help but feel at peace. The family therapist was key in healing relationships that had been damaged and opened the door for a new start with loved ones. Highly recommend Spring Hill Recovery for you or your loved one

I had a great experience at Spring Hill. The staff is amazing and they truly care about your recovery. The food is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the facilities are clean. Some of the groups here can be life changing. They will also arrange regular family therapy sessions on Zoom. If you are looking for help, look no further.

I’ve been to this facility twice and both times, I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience there. The staff was amazing and very inspirational…they actually cared about the clients and made us feel safe. The groups were very helpful and got everyone involved. The clinicians were amazing and challenged us to make hard decisions that were necessary to stay sober. Lastly, the facility itself is gorgeous - beautiful views, cabins. Overall, an amazing experience and very comforting for my first time in treatment.

Do not go here. The lady in charge, the program director, Jessica is horrible, rude, and demeaning. She breaks client rights from the moment you arrive. Instead of helping clients she’ll neglect you and sneak off in her car to go home. She’ll call your family by herself without your consent. They are extremely disorganized and understaffed. Only two out of the five or so clinicians they have running groups actually teach you useful knowledge and often times the groups don’t even happen. The people you talk to on the phone initially intentionally lie about multiple things about the facility

Wonderful place and amazing staff! Would highly recommend. The techs, case management, and clinicians are top of the line and work closely with you to insure your needs are met and recovery is possible! The Family Clinician at Spring Hill is someone who I will never forget. From the one on one virtual family sessions to his lectures in class. He truly puts his heart and soul into his work and in his clients! Thank you Spring Hill for all your time and patience.

Spring Hill has been an amazing journey for me. Staff are very welcoming and so are the clients. I do want to say that their answering service needs to be more up to date on their phone policy, along with other things that were promised and then never granted. over all my stay was worth every day I stayed.

For most people new to the program or are experiencing a loved one struggling with addiction; it can be a frightening place to be, mentally. Not sure where to go or who to turn to for help. I have been struggling with addiction for ten years but, also have an extensive resume in recovery. Spring Hill Recovery is one of my top two treatment centers that I have had the opportunity to experience. The staff has been absolutely amazing, going out of their way most days just to make sure us clients have the tool we need to succeed. The most memorable part of Spring Hill would have to be the environment

I enjoyed my experience at Spring Hill recovery center. The staff was absolutely unbelievable and helped me with all my needs. This was my fourth rehab and I feel more confident leaving here than previous treatment centers. I’m grateful for every single person who works here from Jessica the direction down to the cleaning crew. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone that has problems with substance abuse. Awesome experience

I had to give it a one star to get your attention. I will start with the positives. First, I made incredible bonds with others there at the same time as me that i will never forget. Second, there is some incredible staff that truly care and are full of knowledge and support, the food was great and the sunrises were incredible. HOWEVER they have an intake staff that lies to get you there. You will NOT have a cell phone or computer while you are there. Not only was I lied to when I called admissions but everyone there had similar experiences in being told different things then what you actually experienced
