I have rented with this company for almost a year. I have no complaints. They are very responsive with work orders and questions. As a property manager myself, I know the importance of the daily and monthly… upkeep of a property so I do my best to maintain the yard and general work that needs to be done. I treat this home like I would want my tenants to treat my property.

Before I begin I understood when I read the nonrefundable fee terms. However, I submitted an application to this company at 8am this morning, got my receipt confirming the application was sent. Check on the listing via link of opening my receipt to show it's no longer listed. I had to call to find out the apartment was already taken even before my app was considered. So, I wasted $20 to waste my time filling out an application for something that should've been taken down off site. Good job screwing people out of money. I will look elsewhere. Learn to teach your people communication.

Great Team of People. I lived down south in Tampa and blindly ran across these wonderful folks. I took a trip up here and they gave me keys to 3-4 properties. I fell in Love with the area and the property. I've been renting since 2015 and don't plan on going ANYWHERE. I Love these people and the way they respond if anything goes wrong. Having lived in Tampa for the last 35 years, I could not believe how nice Joyce and Brooklyn were/are. Put your money and trust in them and you WON'T go wrong.

Stay away from JRW investments if you value transparency. We met all of the rental qualifications and were still denied, and then fed some line about not being the first applicants when we had already confirmed there were no other applications several days prior (it's the first question I ask whenever applying).
Waste of time and energy just to be lied to and then given zero insight as to why we were denied.
Edit: I don't appreciate the copy and paste response, and it doesn't address your staff misrepresenting your application process and later lying to us, only to revise their statement when

Well, I was leery about paying an application fee to this company, and it turns out my feelings were warranted.
My roommate and I both have service animals, and I had called to see if it would be worth applying or not. The secretary, Joyce, informed me that she didn't know, but her guess would be that it wouldn't be worth it.
That said, I reviewed their policies once more. I saw that they accepted service animals with provided proof, so I decided to give it a shot as we were in a tight situation, and she had said she wasn't sure.

Me and my friend applied for a property put down the fee and waited even offered to give them a deposit asap. Got a call that we were denied no reason just denied. Dug deeper none of my references were contacted, credit was never run. Same for my buddy. I guess law enforcement isn't good enough for them.

Just unprofessional. Not sure if staff is scared to do their job , but to not be able to tell someone why there not approved is kind of weird . Put an application on a house we saw that night the next morning the house was taken down . When called the staff basically the house got took . We lost our little application fee even though they didn’t have enough days to process it , and they say we can’t find another home that comes up or rent from them either way .

I’ve rented from them for the past year and a half. Everything has been perfect. They are very understanding and professional. Their maintenance guy is my favorite. No matter what the issue is, he always solves it in a timely manner and notifies you when he is coming. This has been the best landlord I have had in crestview by far. Reasonable prices and professional staff. Kudos

We have been renting from JRW for over 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience for us. When an issue has come up due to normal wear and tear on our home, they have been very responsive in sending someone to repair and/or replace it within a timely manner. We know that we won't live in this home forever and that one day it will be time for us to move on; but if it is to rent somewhere else, we know that we are going to be hard-pressed to find a company as good as JRW.

When you pay $70 total to apply for a property, you should get helpful feed back regarding why you were declined. Instead you get a simple no with no explanation. I have stopped by and left messages with the secretary Joyce and on Scott's voicemail and have still not received a not apporoved email or phone call.
