Welcome to Country Time Party Rentals located in Dallas, North Carolina. We are your one-stop rental supplier specializing in wedding and corporate functions. We can handle anything from the most elaborate wedding to the very simple backyard picnic or birthday party. Since 1991, Country Time Party Rentals has been serving the Gaston/Lincoln/Cleveland areas with quality products and unbeatable Customer Service.
Most prices quoted are for a one day event. Weekend events are often considered one day. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period of time, we have weekly and monthly rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Payment is due before items are released to customer. If items are to be delivered, payment is due two weeks prior to delivery.
Follow 321 S to the Hardin Road exit. At top of ramp turn right. At the flashing caution light turn left onto Dallas-High Shoals Road (Old US 321). Go approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Ratchford Drive at convenience Store (beside the I-85/321 Flea Market). Go 1 mile out Ratchford and we are on the corner of Ratchford and Willis.

I was getting a inflatable for my sons birthday. This place was the closest. I had looked at other places they all delivered for the same price and picked up, but this was short notice and most other places was booked! Now I know why country time was not booked !!!!! The woman told me they were short staffed.. I could come get and pickup! She didn’t tell me I needed three men To lift the thing!!!and that the thing was 500 pounds..I asked the man at the so called warehouse if I could get a

I’ve used them multiple times over the past decade and have always been pleased with their customer service and products. I am beyond disappointed, the wedding venue cancelled on us due to President Trump issuing no gathering greater than 10. The venue refunded our money without us even asking. Here a DIFFERENT story! We were informed they (Country Time Party Rentals) gave out some refunds to some people but then they decided to stop and offer “credit” for a future event. Then we were informed that if we hadn’t paid in full we would only be out the deposit!! Are you kidding me! My advice if you’re dealing with these folks only pay a deposit! I cannot say enough wonderful things about CTPR. There staff were prompt and professional. Everything arrived to my wedding on time and looked beautiful! They were so helpful in helping me plan color selection and quickly responded to my emails. We got many compliments on the decor at our wedding and CTPR really came through in making it look fantastic!

I recently used Country Time for an engagement party. We had 85 attendees. We rented tables, chairs, linens, tent, lights and a projector screen. I contacted 6 other rental companies in the Charlotte area and Country Time was the least expensive. Kala, in the office, was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the party. The guys who delivered and set up the equipment were prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company!

We have been renting bouncy houses one a year for the past 4 yrs and plan to continue to do it twice a yr now for two birthday parties. This place is awesome pricing! For us we pick up on Saturday morning and drop off Monday morning. So 2 days for less than 200$.... so much better than 100$ for 2 HOURS. They are NOT hard to blow up. Our daughter tells us repeatedly that the bouncy houses are a must!!! And they are a great hit also.
