Mark was very accomodating for a home inspection on a property we are purchasing. He called me to go over the process, price and the details and was in the next day for the inspection. The communication with him was very clear and direct. He gave us a very detailed report. Great customer service, I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home inspection.

Mark Fix inspected two houses and a cottage for us. He was punctual and professional. He spent 4 plus hours at each property. Mark was very thorough on all inspections! As he inspected each area of the properties, he would show us any areas that needed repair or might be an issue that needed reporting. Mark’s reports were also extremely thorough. The report is easy to follow and has pictures to help you understand what needs to be repaired. We enjoyed working with Mark and would hire him again in a heartbeat as our inspector!

Mark is very knowleadgeable and professional . Very easy to deal with. He gladly spent time with me making sure I saw and understood what was in his report and gave me great ideas for home improvement. I highly recommend you use Mark for your inspection if buying a home. He showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection for way less than the other companies I contacted. His report was very clear and easy to understand. Very knowledgeable about what repairs need attention and others that can wait.
