I just returned home to Dallas after spending the weekend celebrating my moms 90th birthday in Reading. I am a Reading native and was lucky to find Professors Market online when planning the event. Frank Pelligrini and team did a great job catering this milestone event for all my family and friends that came from all over the country to celebrate. Frank catered the food and cake for 30 people. Everyone raves about the quality and freshness. I am so glad I found a local company to help make my moms birthday special AND delicious! Thank you Frank and team Professors Market! I will use your

Great local spot in Reading. My office is 672 Main and they're a few blocks down at 505 Main. Great staff and the food is always high quality. I usually order sandwiches but lately I have ben hooked on their Power Bowls. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

I had been to Professor's Market a few times to get sandwiches and smoothies and it's always been a great experience. They have gluten free bread, so I thankfully have lots of options. I recently decided to give their catering a try for my friend's bridal shower and I was not disappointed! I got a big spread including their chicken broccoli ziti, stuffed peppers, veggie lasagna, pizzas, caprese skewers, salads etc. Everything came out incredible. The presentation in the trays looked great and the food and portions were even better. It was nice to hear so many compliments from the

Ordered takeout for dinner and we will definitely be back! Don't miss the stuffed peppers or rosemary Parmesan waffles fries. The stuffed peppers were HUGE! Definitely enough for two people or leftovers for another meal.

I tried one of their Italian subs today and was frankly disappointed. The sandwich looked good but was a little juicy/messy. I kept looking at this great sandwich and wondered why it did taste better. It didn't taste bad just blah. Not much better than the corner sub shop. Might want to rethink your flavor combos I might go back and try some of the prepared foods. I also noticed the smoothies flew out of the place.

Yummy! Yesterday I got takeout for me and my husband and we both loved our lunches. I got a Frankie the Meatball Sub, Mambo Italiano, and Eggplant Rollatinis. The Eggplant Rollatinis were the best! I wish that I could've ordered a side of meatballs instead of a sub; trying to keep my carb intake down. However, since they make their own delicious bread it was worth eating half the roll. Definitely recommend!

Pugliese on ciabatta is incredible. So is everything else. I’m also a big fan of the steak bomb.

Disappointing to say the least. Ordered an Italian and BLT Arizona to go. The bread on the Italian was extremely stale. Luckily, I had 2 week old sub roll left at home that I used. The 2 week old sub roll was the better option. The BLT was a complete mess upon opening and was missing ranch. This place fails on all levels. Sadly, I'll never return.

This is deli shop is a terrific addition to Reading. They carry a large variety of prepared meals that are delicious, relatively healthy and very affordable. They also make great food right on the spot if you're looking for a yummy breakfast, lunch or dinner. A great selection of flavor loaded foods.

When someone asks for mustard on their sandwich they want yellow mustard, not the weird watery honey mustard that I got. If I wanted honey mustard I would have asked for it. The chicken salad is fine otherwise.

I work within walking distance of the place and only recently discovered it. Very friendly staff, fantastic sandwiches (the chicken Pugliese is amazing and it's what I get 95% of the time). For a small looking sandwich it's very filling, so I often times give half away. They also offer pre-made items that I often grab as appetizers at home, soup sometimes and even chicken, steak and veggies. Oh, and they have desserts, so I'll grab carrot cake, choc cake, brownie/fudge/caramel, etc. It's not uncommon for me to come home with a large bag filled when I just went for a sandwich at lunch. After waiting two hours in the cold for a AAA truck to arrive to tow my car to the garage on Main St., I was freezing, hungry, and ready to curl up and cry.

Professor's Market set things back in order. After a hot coffee and delicious breakfast sandwich, all was right with the world, and I was able to forget about my morning's start.

This place is a gem in a town with not so great eats. It has excellent sandwiches of course (high quality ingredients, good bread), and lots of prepared foods as well. Great coffee too! My favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken, and their fries are a standout (parm and rosemary). I also LOVE their quiche. Got 2 of them for an event and everyone raved about them - they were exceptional and HUGE. My ONLY suggestion on how this place could improve is that they could get better bagels for their breakfast sandwiches (like maybe go down the street and buy them from Bagel World). All and all, love Professor

Wow! The Pugliese just blew me away. Fresh flavors, eggplant, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella on really fresh ciabatta. I've been craving an amazing Italian sandwich and this fit the bill. Bravo/brava to an amazing Reading store that has me hooked with just one sandwich. I will be back soon to try everything you have to offer.

Everything here is amazing. Meatballs are out of this world. The house made pasta is to die for. Smoothies are good. Wraps are amazing. They have good deli meats.

I was craving for a juice place near my house and I found this place on yelp! There is street parking and a small parking area attached to the building.

I stopped in and the store is very clean and new. I was pleasantly surprised. There is a vast selection of snacks, drinks, beverages, sandwich and juice/smoothie selections. I got a juice which came in a rather small container and a sandwich. The juice was roughly $7 after tax which is relatively inexpensive for other juices closer to the Boston area. The sandwich was average. I like the place and the employees were friendly. I see myself stopping

I have given my Professor's friendship multiple tries, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner items. I want it to be great as it's a wonderfully designed, new neighborhood prepared food spot that we were sorely lacking in Reading. The menu is fantastic, the food is fresh, the service generally decent. But the consistency is lacking considerably, as well as value.

The Pugliese sandwich should come with prosciutto, why did mine arrive without it? On a different occasion, the Standard breakfast sandwich should come on an everything bagel with fresh red onion, onion jam, egg and a meat choice

I've driven past this place a few times but did not stop because I was completely unaware of what a hidden gem this place is. I had a Standard breakfast sandwich (fried egg, cheddar cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions) holy friggin crap was it good. The fruit salad is truly cut pieces of fruit (not the processed cut pieces found in supermarket fruit salad).

There's a full coffee bar, a full smoothie bar, and even a full juice bar. There's prepared meals, and a Boar's Head deli.

If you leave disappointed, that's on you!

There's ordinary fresh, then there&apos

This place has a lot of potential. The sandwiches are good with high quality cold cuts. I went for the Italian: fresh bread, cold cuts, really awesome cheese, and the works (promised lettuce, tomatoes, and onions). I also got fresh carrot juice which was really good.
Why 3 stars? Service was pretty weak. We asked for no cheese on one of the sandwiches but both came with cheese. Asked to eat inside but got our food packed to go. Never received lettuce that I was promised.
Also, the amount of cold cuts I got in a $10 Italian sandwich was ridiculously small. I felt that the size/price ratio was just
