Zuzu's Cafe

I've ordered catering 3 times from Dawn at Zuzu's and every time she has provided excellent customer service, accurate and on time order, and the food was delicious! I've ordered, pasta, meatballs, chicken, salmon, potatoes, rice, couscous, veggies and more...can't think of a single complaint about the food! The menu is large, you are able to customize and mix and match to order a different meal every time. I need to feed small-medium groups of people regularly as part of my job, and Zuzu's has become my go to caterer! Will order again!

Pork momo should be cooked little bit more we later it it was nice but ended up to the hospital found out properly uncooked meat.

We ordered from Zuzu's for our Christmas Eve dinner. I had the tenderloin, which came with brussel sprouts and potatoes that were kinda like au gratin. The meat was cooked very nicely and was tender and well seasoned. The potatoes were tasty, and the brussel sprouts were excellent- they didn't have that bitter aftertaste that you sometimes get with them. I would definitely order from them again!

This is an amazing little place in the center of Wakefield- they have a large selection of sandwiches, soups and more, made to order. I love their sandwiches and wish they had the Thanksgiving Panini year round! (Hint, hint) :)
It’s a very small place so you may have to wait, but they have a nice outdoor seating area and a small indoor seating area. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Check it out if you’re in the area!

ZuZu's is outstanding. Whether you are looking for a delicious sandwich by yourself, going with a group or ordering their catering, this place is NOT TO BE MISSED. They don't have a ton of indoor seating, so to-go in the winter is best, but be sure to try it out!

Warm Cozy Quaint and Wonderful .. ..
First visit today and it was a meeting place for Me and my son who lives about 2 minutes walk from this little place. The omelet (make your own) was exceptional and the sandwich special my son was excellent.
The day was cold and rainy but a steady stream of people came in to get lunch and/or dinner while my son and i enjoyed the comfort of the dining area and had a great lunch together and a great visit!!

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was very successful. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

I was taking a mental health day from work last week and just had to get outside and enjoy the spring air. I researched local eateries that had outdoor seating and made my way down to Zuzu's. Though most of the tables were roped off to the side, I noticed a couple open ones in the front, so I proceeded.

The small shop is quaint and cute, but the menu is ample. The sandwich selections sounded scrumptions and I had a hard time picking just one. I finally settled on the French Chicken that includes grilled chicken, goat cheese, asparagus, tomato, greens and herb mayo. You get your choice

Great sandwiches prepared fresh. They had a harira soup as a special once that I still think about. Would highly recommend for lunch. The patio is great in nice weather!

My lovely Daughter suggested this 8 table quant place for Vegetarian food but they also serve Salmon, Chicken, Beef, Lamb with there Sandwiches, and pairings I ordered a chicken Panini and a Veggie Quiche slice was so filling never needed the Panini that was out of this world with Field greens juicy Chicken Breast was great all by itself. The Quiche was very fresh great flavor perfect textures fabulously made. Christa had the Portabella mushroom and Asparagus sandwich on superior Marble with field greens 95 lbs she is soaking wet. Hidden gem! My boyfriend and I were on the hunt to find somewhere local with quality wraps and ended up trying Zuzu's on a limb. So delicious, so fresh. Recommend the vegetable hummus wrap and curry tuna wrap!

One week before Mother's Day I decided to order food from Zuzu's catering menu. I didn't want to cook, nor have my wonderful Mother in Law cook either! Ordering was a cinch, quick emails with Dawn and we were set.

We ordered the Caprese Bites, Garden salad, Mediterranean Chicken and Eggplant Parm. All really delicious and were big hits. Although, the chicken was the clear winner and the flavor was so spot on! It even heated up well for lunches the following week.

Quaint, small cafe offering fresh and delicious food!!! Stopped in while taking a break from visiting hours at a funeral. Walked in looking for coffee and ended up staying for a impromptu brunch/snack! Food made to order, or came from wide selection of pre made items. If back in Wakefield, would stop again.

Stopped in for lunch after walking the lake. Cute little place and loved that I could sit outdoors with my dog. The turkey club was awesome- especially the Tuscan bread it was on

I love this cafe! I've never been disappointed. Everything is delicious! The owner always has interesting daily specials. It's also nice sitting outside in the warmer months! Give Zuzu's Cafe a try, you won't be disappointed!

Are you in line waiting? Well, it’s absolutely worth it. Great service and like the local feel. Recommend you get there early and sit outside if the weather is good!

Zuzu's is a cute lil' lunch spot right on Main Street in Wakefield. Don't let its quaintness fool you though - this place has quite a sizable menu.

Big bonus points for breakfast served all day! On my latest visit, I got a breakfast sandwich (egg/bacon) on an English muffin. It was a simple choice, but it was wonderful!

On past visits, I've had various combinations of sandwiches with chicken / bacon / cheese / lettuce / pickles. All were solid. Portion size is reasonable - a big enough sandwich that you can *probably* finish it all in one meal, but can also stretch it out

Picked up lunch for a few of the girls @ the office today & will defiantly be back. I got the broccoli kale slaw & the turkey & brie wrap, so delicious. I couldn't finish all the slaw (but will tomorrow) & I wish I ate my wrap slower but couldn't because it was so good. I would definitely recommend!

Had lunch here today! The food is beautiful and fresh, the salmon and quiche were cooked to perfection. The outdoor patio to the front is a super cute place to overlook downtown WAKEFIELD and the lake. Dogs are allowed on the patio as long as they behave. Very enjoyable lunch. Zuzu's is definitely a stellar lunch spot in Wakefield. I don't even write that m y reviews! Awesome

This place is so cute. I have been a couple of times before and really liked it, so I took my mom for lunch today. If you are looking to enjoy a gourmet, relatively healthy lunch (outside!) then Zuzu's is definitely the place for you. Small local business doing it right, and there's nothing more you could ask for. The layout of the business definitely looked like it thrived more in the summer than in the winter. There's a giant patio that was closed due to the season, but I can imagine how busy this place is when it's warmer outside.

There is a pretty big menu, all varieties of sandwiches, which is perfect for lunch. I grabbed the zuzus chicken salad sandwich, which came with chicken salad, cheese, a slice of apple, and greens. I opted for it to be put on a croissant, because I wanted something different.

I used Zuzu's Cafe for catering for my Mom's 60th birthday party. The food was amazing: we had the herb-grilled salmon, teriyaki steak tips, and pesto pasta. Worth every penny. Dawn even delivered it to my Mom's house with the food all still hot. I received many compliments on the meal from the 30 guests who attended the party.

One suggestion: I think communication could be clearer in the days/weeks leading up to the event. I know as a small business there is a ton going on, but at times I wasn't sure of the status of my order. Probably could be easily solved with either someone

Came to Zuzu's while looking for a nice place to get both coffee (for my friend who already ate lunch) and food (for me, because I hadn't eaten. And also because I am basically a human vacuum who is always hungry and always DTE -- Down To Eat).

I was recently at the Floral Way Festival in Wakefield on the lake sponsored by The Wakefield Garden Club. The club had sandwiches from ZuZu Cafe and they were outstanding!

I had a ham and a roast beef. The sandwiches were in the form of a wrap and were delicious with abundant greens and a smooth cheese and meat. I felt transported to a gourmet world.

The combination and experience was outstanding. It has been awhile since I had experienced ZuZu magic and I am sure I will now be at the cafe an obsessive amount of times coming up.
