I was blessed to be a first time home buyer a few years ago and come in contact with this company. My loan officer was so helpful and patient with me. She always took her time in explaining everything to me. Therefore, when the time came for me to refinance my home I came back. I will admit I first tried to work with the bank that had my loan,… however that was a nightmare! I could never talk to the same person and getting a live person was close to impossible!
