I’ve been informed of a guy possibly working there named Corey. Watch out!!! You’ll be dead on the water and have multiple extra charges. I know from experience. He tried to start his own Bolder Boats (not the Boulder boats we loved) after they fired him. He looks the part and you wouldn’t second thought it if you didn’t know. Blows up engines all day haha. 2 stars just because of that possibility.

The team at Central Marine knows excellent customer service. I had some concerns on my bill and the service department listened and we work together to find a suitable agreement. The service department then took about an hour of time to go over several things on my boat I never knew about. Great place to go!!

I would like to thank Nick and Nathan from Century marine for helping us out on Saturday with our Fi23 boat issues on wiring connection on number 7 injector. Nick was on phone with us and instructed us how to check the wiring. Our boat is working great again - it was just loose wire connection on #7 !!! Had my entire family on boat that day on Lake Pleasant and we all ended up having fun !! Thank you for saving our day. Highly recommend Century Marine!!!! best service in the valley!!

Century Marine has been the absolute worst dealership to work with! We would give them negative stars if we could. We’ve had problems after problems after we bought our boat BRAND NEW. I understand things happen and that’s ok... but fix it. They do not return phone calls or emails, they refuse to fix things that should be under warranty and take no responsibility. When we ask them why they had our brand new boat in the shop for over a month, their response was well that’s what you get for buying a boat. WHAT?! That’s how you treat your customers? The boat was only a month old! We’ve also

Century Marine has been a great experience for our family. Great friendly people within. Flash forward 3 months after we purchased our boat in May, had a exhaust sensor fail drove 3 hours and was greeted by my 1st name. Pulled my boat into the shade hooked it up to the computer, replaced sensor and i was on my way all within 45 minutes. I strongly recommend this boat shop, great boat inventory. A few Sunday's ago we had our boat out on Canyon Lake with friends, when the trim switch failed and the trim ran all the way up. Whether I used the forward or aft trim switches, nothing would lower the trim. As we were limping back to the marina, one of Century Marine's mechanics, Nick, happened to be cruising by, enjoying his day off. Without hesitation, he pulled over to us and asked if we were having problems. When I told him what happened, he immediately asked if he could tie up and check it out.

I can’t say enough good things about Century Marine! I’ve used them for my marine needs for many years. If you need service, Scott and his crew are honest, knowledgeable and get it done. A few years back we were in need of repairs on our wakeboard boat days before we left for Lake Powell. Scott and his crew saved our vacation and got us on the road just in time!
If you’re buying a boat, used or new, Melanie is fantastic! She will find the perfect boat you’re looking for. I bought my boat from Melanie 10 years ago and almost 700 boat hours later, it’s been the best family investment.

I bought a 2015 MB Sports F22 less than a year ago from Century Marine. No mention of not transferring the Indmar Engine Warranty was made at all in the process. Shame on me for not knowing I would need to pursue this myself when dealing with what is supposed to be a reputable boat dealership, but I didn't know to ask. A common problem of defective motor mounts has manifested now...something that would have likely been covered 100% by warranty will now cost me close to $2,000. Thanks Century for slipping that one past me. A real classless move.

My initial contact with Century Marine was for prop selection. When I called they staff member I spoke to was very helpful, even though I stated I was going to buy my prop elsewhere due to cost. Lost story short, I purchased the prop through Century Marine. When I adjusted my timing (boneheaded move), I decided I would just take to the CM since they seemed so helpful. All it needed was the procedure called Link and Sync, to adjust timing back to where it needed to be. Everything seemed well, mechanic seemed to know what was going on. Fast forward, I pick up the boat the day I am heading to

Terrible customer service. They call you to tell you that your boat is ready at the time they initially told you it would be ready, but once you get there you only wait another hour for them to actually get it ready.
The other problem is the price of washing the boat is $100.00?! I just spent a total of $1498.14 on the parts & repairs, you can't just wash it for free?
These guys charge $145/hour for labor. I can't wait to go to the 3 other boat repair places in the area to compare that price. By the way G&G marine, Mesa marine and unlimited marine all have 5 star ratings.

We have been boat owners for over 10 years, so have seen a dealer or two. Our experience with Century Marine has been nothing but excellent! Our initial impression was formed a year before we even bought a boat from them. We stopped into the showroom to take a look around and get an idea of what we might be interested in as far as tow/surf boats go. We met Melanie who very was friendly and helpful, spending about 45 minutes talking with us and showing us various boats. No pressure at all.
Fast forward a year, we attended the boat show in Scottsdale with plans to purchase. We stopped in at Century

I've had my boats serviced for years with Century Marine AND I recently bought a new boat from them (4/2017). While I could write about their professionalism. five star dealership status, attention to detail, zero run-around when it comes to service, etc., I'd prefer to write about something unusual about them... especially for a boat dealership/service shop. Yes they sell and service boats, but over the years I've realized Century is really in the business of building great relationships. I see them more as friends now who want me informed, served, and happy. I'm looking forward to many more years

Took our boat few years old, still new in for annual service. New impeller etc. They tell us mercury belt worn, paid and replaced. Gave us the old one. No! Wear at all. Then we get our boat back, take it to the lake all good it seems trim is going crazy numbers spinning. Take it back, they say its broke? Wasn't when we took it there. We paid 430.00 ordered new one. My husband gets it home same thing. Takes it back, it was never broken to begin with! get refund after two extra trips and our boat put in their dirty green tank. Got refund back. Trim still broken on our Dime! People there are

I will never buy anything from these people again. The woman who we dealt with was about as rude as I have ever encountered as a customer. We have homes in AZ and WA, and arranged a boat purchase there, to be shipped to our home in WA. She was rude and dismissive in person to my family and I. Then when we arrived back in Seattle we went to use the boat only to find that the hull plug was not correct. While disappointed that our family had planned a day of boating only to find that the missing plug is not a common size, I called Century. No "sorry"...what I got was a rude laugh and, "

I've tried other boat service places, but nothing compares. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a bit of a wait to get my boat back, but I felt like it was because they were thorough and they were giving each boat and customer the attention needed. And they cleaned my boat before they gave it back to me!! LOVE this place.

I have been dealing with century for 5 years and I will never go back to them again. I rebuild bots for a living and have spent over 20k of business from their. They do not stock some of the most common parts. I called in for a impeller and they did not have it. Then when I asked if I could get the part number he rudely responds " I don't give out part numbers, I don't do all the work and then you don't buy the part else where" I said well I would have bought the part of you had it but I need the boat for the weekend. Then he responded sorry I can't help you. I have

We recently had our boat serviced, so thought I'd add an update. Impeller and gear-oil change, along with shift cable and control cable replacement.
We made an appointment about a month in advance and dropped the boat off. Total time for the work to be completed was approximately 6-1/2 business days, and we were happy with that turn-around time. Communication with staff was excellent, and the work was performed properly - Just had it at Saguaro Lake yesterday (6/9/13), and it ran perfectly.
My only "complaint" was that the boat was dirty after we got it back - There was grease

As far as I am concerned, this is the best place in town for your slalom ski boat needs. As the only Ski Natique Dealer in Arizona they have demonstrated they have a true heart for slalom skiers and wake boarders alike..
We have dealt with the owners for many years and have found them to be fair, knowledgeable and extra helpful. They are leaders in the Arizona Water skiing and wake boarding "scene". My recent boat purchase reaffirmed that not only are Ski Natiques first rate but so is Century Marine.
