Just keep diving past this place and go up the street for your boat service. There is a shop in Lindon that is more experienced, fair, and honest/up front etc..... but this is not a review of them, this is a review of Germaine.
Short version: Paid $373.55 for nothing to be done (Okay, they did diagnose a couple things so they could tell me I was going to pay another $3,000 to get it operational) and I lost at least a month of play time waiting. Went to other service shop and paid less than half what I was quoted and treated great! I would get your boat serviced elsewhere.

Asked if they could service my crownline. Was told that during this time of year they don’t work on anything older than 2000. The previous owner had taken this boat to this location during his ownership. I tried getting in, but my boat apparently wasn’t good enough to have them look at until the middle of winter. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them for service.

I have been to Germaine marine twice. Both experiences were negative. The first time, after we paid for service they connected it to my truck which was nice. When I got home I realized that they had switched out my trailer hitch (probably because they damaged mine) replaced it with a cheap one, and didn't say anything to me about it.
This latest time I needed winterization and an impeller. I was quoted $260 for winterization and was told less than $200 for impeller. Just walked out with a $700 bill with "no one remembers giving that price quote" as the answer. Very frustrating. Won't deal with

Last summer they arranged for 3 different lake boat tests and even helped me and my partners arrange a trip down to Tige in Abelene, TX to check out the manufacturing process first hand. I went to the boat store to purchase a boat and I looked at a ton of them. I have owned boats for years and I know my stuff pretty well. But I looked at the ATX and loved it and for the price. I was probably a pain for them as this is a big purchase for me I think msrp was $96000.00 but they worked with me and got the price down. They took me on a text drive on it and the sales man was cool though during our many Conversations he told me he would give me a new wake surf board well after I bought the boat he went back on that. Though I don't need the board I wanted it cause that was part of the

Bought a Tige boat and they treated me so well. Took me out and showed me everything I needed to know for the boat including launching. The boat was exactly what I was looking for and found the beat deal through them. I would recommend to anyone to buy a boat through them or get service through them. Brought my boat in to have work done. Spent $1300 on repairs and maintenance only to have it die in the middle of the lake and have to be towed back to the launch. The starter that they had fixed wouldn't disengage even after the key was taken out and we had to disconnect the battery. I took it back to them and spent another $100 having them fix the starter only to take it out again and have it to do the same thing. This time we couldn't even get it off the trailer in the launch and when we went to disconnect the battery one of the terminals on the battery had entirely melted ruining

Very honest place to work with. Bill the Service Manager will write a clean sheet/ repair order. I caught some honest mistakes he made with me and immediately corrected them in the spot. It's hard to find a good honest boat dealer and service department in town. Go see these guys to get your boat serviced though. Excellent customer service and just very friendly people.
