I had to replace the Bimini top on my 2014 Malibu 23 LSV, as the original one was stolen off of it. I called AWS, and they were able to custom make the framing and canvas for it cheaper than Malibu OEM! They were in communication with me the whole time! Stacey was wonderful to work with! Best customer care and service you could ask for. Once all the materials were there that they needed, they had it all done in less than 2 days! Thank you again Stacey!

Purchased a brand new (2021) G25 Paragon. Boat was purchased exclusively for Lake Powell. Boat broke 2 out of the 3 trips this summer on day 1 for both trips. Action is not willing to fix or help with boats so far away. Closest dealer is St George (who was willing to drive down a rental for us to save the day on our second busted week) When we requested help from Action to contact Nautique to pay for the rental, Action was not willing to stand up for their customer who paid full sticker price and ask the manufacture to help. If you plan to use your boat exclusively at LP do not purchase from Action

We we're nervous buying a boat site on seen but when I called and asked for additional pictures of the boat Kensie was quick to send them to us and other information we needed. The morning we we're going to pick it up we received a text from our salesman saying he couldn't be there but Ahren would be there to help. When we got there Ahren had the boat ready for us and took his time showing us how to work everything in a 110 weather he really went above and beyond. Then followed up on Monday to see if we we're able to take the boat out and how it went.

On Saturday we picked up our new 2022 G23. We could not be happier. The boat performs exceptionally well and the wave is enormous with a ton of push. Everyone at the dealership was awesome to deal with. Ahren in sells was exceptional to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. I have purchased a few boats from this dealership over the years and their service department is also 1st rate and extremely responsive. If you're looking for a new or used boat I highly recommend this dealership

I purchased my 1st used speedster boat and returned for my 2nd slightly bigger used scarab 215 boat. Mike was awesome and took the time to help me both times and showed me how to do everything. I was completely new to boats. He even met me to test drive the 2nd one. He was absolutely terrific being patient with me! I love my newer 2015 scarab upgrade! I don’t think there are allot of sales people -so they are very busy, but they do a great job accommodating the customer. The service manager also stepped in the first time when I needed help and said hello when I returned to buy the second boat
