My only issue was the way I was treated by the blonde dental assistant. It had felt like she belittled me. I told her about a couple of problems I knew I had (just so she was aware) and she still lectured me? She acted like she was better than me as well. I don’t want to go to a dentist office and feel like that.
My dentist was actually very nice, I appreciated her.
I will not be returning though because of the blonde dental assistant.

Not very professional!! Dr M seems ok but needs to work on being more professional. She plays her music (country) then proceeds to sing every single word in your ear while working on you!!! Her assistant Shelby was doing the same,so I had it in stereo!!!!!! SMH I want undivided attention when working on me not a serenade!!
Candy is great with billing problems, very helpful n kind!! I think Jennifer was awesome, wish I had her as the assistant all the time. She is very experienced, knowledgable n pleasant!!

I started going here at the beginning of 2020. Like most places you have to cancel 24 hours in advance. When my family went here we did our routine check up. The dentist suggested other things, I ask for pricing and I decided whether or not to proceed. I was under no obligation to accept. They do NOT do anything without your permission then charge you. They let you know how much before the appointment and if anything changes they let you know as well. The receptionist has been so helpful, even though I bomb her with many questions that may seem obvious. She patiently explains and lets me decide

My son and I are new patients that were seen for routine cleanings recently. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the tech who took our X-rays as well as the dentist and hygienist, were all patient, friendly, and incredibly pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend this dental office.

I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tostado and the staff here! When I go to Lost Creek Dental, I feel like I'm important to them, that they value each and every patient. The hygienist, Lauren, takes her time, explain what she is doing and why. She is so nice and personable and does a great job cleaning my teeth!

Such a great office! I was referred by my neighbor who recently started going here! Dr Tostado and the hygienist (Lauren) were extremely thorough in every way possible. This office has had numerous mistakes made with my family and we will not be returning. 1st after having a confirmed appointment for 2 weeks we get a call 2 days before the appointment to confirm my daughters appointment. Ok no biggie right. Then the day before the appointment we were contacted again by voicemail saying now our afternoon appointment will be cancelled as the dentist is now not available and they would have to move us in the morning. No apologies at all just to bad and when my wife called to see why then back and forth she was told by the rude receptionist that they have been trying

I had a great experience with this office. The front office got me in right away with Dr. Nikki who is fantastic with treatment. Painless injections and quality work. The doctor and the assistant work so efficiently and make you feel comfortable while doing treatment. The hygienist Sonya did a great job on me too.

The staff is great! Really friendly and understanding, especially this one doctor? Assistant? Named Jonathan, really helped put my nerves at ease on what to expect when I got my wisdom tooth pulled. He was friendly, nice and with just the right amount of professional. The doctor who did the main tooth removal was a little rude and rushed. Almost like he was angry and just wanted to get it over with. Everyone else was absolutely outstanding though!

I needed a quick fix... small filling needed replacing between my two front teeth. I'm so glad I decided on Lost Creek. The staff is friendly, professional and the doctor was amazing. His work was way better then I ever expected. I was thrilled with my results! He went above and beyond to help improve my smile. No pain or discomfort, quick, and reasonably priced. I love this place! I would recommend to any family wanting excellent care, a beautiful environment and professional staff.

I can't believe I finally found the best dental office. This has got to be the best dentist I have been to yet. Dr. Niki is by far the most professional and detail oriented dentist I have been to. She truly cares and makes sure that her patient leaves happy. The staff is very welcoming and warm. I'll be sure to refer my friends and family to this clinic.

I moved to SA and really didn't like the idea of changing my dentist from the one I had in Austin. Well, I love Lost Creek Dental more. Alicia is my technician, sorry if that isn't her official title, and Dr. Nikki (probably spelled wrong) is my dentist. I couldn't be happier with how they balance being relaxed and professional. My kids, wife, and I all go here. I can't say enough good things about them.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled last December. We were given a bill and paid through our FSA card. Two months later while my wife was there for a visit we were told that our insurance company did not cover what Lost Creek Dental thought they would cover, so they gave her another bill of $100+. I called three times to see why weren't told this in December so we could've used the FSA. No calls were returned. My wife even went in for another visit and told Candy that I was trying to get in touch with her, and still no call back. Shady. Pulled our family from them and will go somewhere

I have been extremely fortunate with having a Dentist within the family which causes me to have very high standards and expectations of other practices.
I have recently moved to San Antonio and have to say this is a top notch practice. The staff is informative, knowledge, professional and caring. The hygienist is gentle and extremely detailed. My teeth feel amazing after my cleaning !
It is unfortunate that I am moving out of Texas and will need to find a new practice. However, if I ever come back to SA this is the only dental practice I'll go to.

Called to see if they took my insurance. I was placed on hold, then without saying anything, I was transferred to a voice mail of someone. Thinking it was an error, I called back and was told the person who had that information was with another patient. She asked to take my information so that person could call me back. I received no return call until more than 24 hours had passed. Why wouldn't anyone answering the phone be able to tell you if they take your insurance? Why would it take so long to return a phone call? Are they that busy? Either way I booked with another dentist as this place

Like many, I'm not a fan of dentists... but this office is new, welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly. They care about doing the job right while making sure you're as comfortable as you can be. This office was the only office that would take an emergency root canal when I needed it, and now they've turned into my primary office.

Dr. Reinecke and his staff are the best! I went in for an adjustment on my front two teeth because they were chipped pretty badly. My chipped teeth had bothered me for years and kept me from smiling as much as I'd like to, but Dr. Reinecke and his assistant Amber got rid of my insecurities! I'm am so happy with my teeth and I feel much more comfortable smiling like I've always wanted to. Thank you so much Lost Creek Dental! You do NOT disappoint!
