Transferred from one of the 2 bedrooms into a townhome and could not be happier with the experience and living space! The staff at Cantwell are amazing and always happy to help residents. The gym and pool area are well kept and nice. The dog park is the biggest we’ve seen at an apartment complex yet.
We are extremely happy with our decision to move to Cantwell Crossing and look forward to calling this place home.

Very happy with our townhome. Quiet and well kept. The location is accessible but out of the way, not in a major thoroughfare. Comfortable rooms, warm light, big kitchen and laundry in our townhome. We have a jacuzzi tub and airy bedrooms. There is a large park less than 2 miles away we drive to with our dogs and our baby, easy to access and we go for long walks. Prompt maintenance and the management is here 6 days a week and are very responsive.

What a great place!!
Management here is really great which is nice.
I trusted them when my son relocated out of state. Not only did they provide a pleasant and safe place for him, they went way above that. From organized social events (a thing of the past for now) to “breakfast on the go” even a taco truck in the evening a few times. It’s been a great place for us. We are going to miss you Ramah!!

Not worth the price. Don’t hang things on walls because when you move out they try and charge you to re paint the apartment even though you patch the nail holes which should be done anyways. You can leave the place spotless and they will charge you to clean appliances that were spotless when you moved out. Don’t recommend here unless you want to get worked over.

I love it here. Ramah makes the process so smooth. She is so excellent and will make the necessary accommodations to make sure we are taken care of. Been here since May and I have not had an issue. Only thing I can say is the walls are thin could be a bit more sound proofed other than that I love it. And the team works hard to make sure we are good.
