Winchester Place Apartments

I love Winchester place apartments . The management is awesome and the property is very well maintained. I would truly recommend it to all as your next home!!

THE BEST PLACE! From the first time that we came into the office the professionalism has been 100%. Emerald and Ty are super sweet and are very knowledgeable. RENT here and STAY here!

Our lease agreement reads as move in date of tomorrow, September 21st. Yesterday, Saturday, September 19th, as our truck was being loaded in Aurora, Colorado and we were excited and prepared, we received a phone call telling us our move-in date is actually Saturday, September 26th. Our lease and all communication, since late July, has read as September 21. As of now, we will be staying in a hotel and paying nightly truck storage fee until they get their act together. My final review will come after I see how they plan to rectify, resolve and compensate for the "inconvenience".

Managers are not up front about qualifications to get in. Very stringent to get in. Had a good credit score above 700 made two times the rent and still disqualified. They took an unreasonable application fee and a 300 dollar holding fee which would turn into security deposit. Well it takes two weeks to give back the holding fee when your denied from their stringent qualifications that are not mentioned up front. Thus they scam you out of a application fee which they probably do to many others and they keep the holding fee for a longer than necessary amount of time. Greedy and opportunistic type

Worse place to rent from. Prices steady increase without any updates. Pool has been out of service for 2 yrs. They are inconsistent and outdated. You are paying for the location because this place offers no amenities. Parking is ridiculous when u can find it and they have the nerve to tow. Will never rent from again and will not advise.

Parking is a joke. Its set up so your car will be towed. There's never any parking at night which leaves little to no spaces. As a resident i have to walk clear from opposite side of the whole complex to my apartment or im subject to tow. There should not be a sanction or 24 hour 7 day a week tow service for a place thats very limited on parking. Tow fees are outrageous and not fair to residents who pay to live here. Also my car was purchased at time of office being closed and towed before office was open. Parking is a problem.

Winchester has new owners and a new manager that is trying to get caught up with a backlog. They legitimately WANT to help you have a wonderful and comfortable home with them. Issues ARE taken seriously and resolved, you just may need to be a little loud to get their attention.

This complex has always been nice to my family. It's very clean and peaceful where we are currently located. Also when needed they accommodate for all of our needs. The maintenance guys are very helpful and show up in a timely fashion. I'd recommend this complex and the office staff is really friendly and always willing to help!

My son lives here, we liked the apt...great views of the pond from his living rm. Lots of ducks lol

I've been extremely happy with the support from maintenance and management (the very few times I've called). Folks in the front office are the best - very knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and very well kept. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. I especially appreciate the fact that they are pet-friendly!
