I absolutely love living here. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful. The maintenance team responds quickly to all my requests. They recently just upgraded us to smart thermostats which I am loving. The lake is gorgeous and the landscaping is so well kept. I just renewed and I couldn't be any happier.

Everyone I’ve dealt with from the leasing office to maintenance have been very friendly, professional, an would go out their way to assist me. The maintenance department responded to my work orders in a timely manner and were very accommodating since I’ve been teleworking during the pandemic. I would be remiss if I didn’t give a special shout-out to Britni from the leasing office. She’s helped me from the very beginning especially using the package concierge system to retrieve my packages.

This is a very friendly and safe community. My husband and I enjoy watching sunset and taking a walk by the pond after dinner every day. The location is perfect as well. Only a few stop lights away from I-64. Target, Dierbergs, Sam's Club, and many stores and restaurants are just down the street. This is a great place to stay!

This is the most welcoming apartment community I’ve ever encountered. I adore my cozy apartment with my dog. There is so much storage space and cabinet space, and the fact that the washer and dryer come with the unit makes my apartment such a “haven” for me! It’s a beautifully kept property and despite being off of a main road, it’s incredibly quiet. I made the right decision when I signed my lease!

I usually don't leave reviews but I just had to let everyone know that the maintenance guys here Jesse & Frederick are so awesome,trustworthy & very respectful. They always make everything they have to do to your Apartment at your convenience. I really like Ms. Vicki cause she will make sure everything is taking care of for you,& if she can't get it done right then she will let you know when & not have you in the dark,she makes you feel like your family & at home...so I will definitely recommend this place cause you will feel comfortable won't be let down.

The team at Parkway Lakeside has made our first-time renting experience a great one! Lindsay, Brittany, and Ralph in the front office worked very hard to get us situated and continue to make sure we are happy. Rick and Matt with the Maintenance crew take very good care of the property and are always happy to help us with any work orders we submit. It's a peaceful place to live and we really enjoy the sense of community. Thank you so much to this team for making the transition from owning to renting a smooth one!
