Absolutely awful experience. Management completely screwed up my inspection date and accepted absolutely no responsibility or compensation for the time and money wasted. I have no doubt that they have a clean property and fast response to problems. Unfortunately, in my case, it was extremely clear they seem to have no incentive to go the extra mile or make up for their own oversight because, to their mind, they can just replace you the next day. (Which the staff eagerly told me they accomplished.)So to any self-righteous staff claiming that they've "never had anyone complain about her courtesy

The positives: Great maintenance staff - very friendly and easy to get along with. Good location.
The negatives: Mine subsidence EVERYWHERE - floors have cracks, walls have cracks, nothing is level - if you don't know about mine subsidence, look into it before renting here. Two buildings have been closed for several years (one for mine subsidence, one because of a fire). Apartments haven't been updated in 15 years. Office staff recently changed and seems more money focused than resident focused. If you do live here, document EVERYTHING with pictures, especially at move out - staff will just make

These are great apartments at a great location. I've lived here for 3 yrs and I've loved every day. The grounds are well kept, no trash around, well placed recycling bins, pet waste mini stations that are always stocked with dog waste bags, (saved me hundreds of dollars in dog waste bags over the three yrs), the ponds are clean and in the warm months it was a free treat to sip on my coffee while listening to the soothing fountains and the ducks. The management is very professional/friendly and always willing to help and if there's any issues with the apartment they are more than willing to help

Stayed at Longacre over the summer of 2016, best experience I could have imagined! Lived with a roommate in 2/2 apartment on the second floor. Furnished, W+D, full kitchen, porch. Not to mention clean! Professional staff, maintenance was great with fixing any problems we had, scenery was beautiful and I had a very pleasant, memorable experience there. Thanks, Longacre!

Pretty quiet, a lot of older folks/working professionals live here. Not much of a college age type place. It looks nice on the outside but management doesn't really put too much effort out for anything, the club house and gym are a joke. Great location wise because it's next to 15 different restaurants. They need to lower rent for how little of space you actually get. I lived there for a year and went to a nicer place.

Management is the most unprofessional group we have ever experienced...They appointmented an new person that is too inexperienced for the position and has just destroyed what was once a great place to live. In fact we were here for almost seven years and once the ownership changed all rules and some laws were just discarded. Highly recommend looking at the other complexes in surrounding areas, which do not let just anyone in that wants in. Its a shame , Fairview is hurting enough and now Long Acre Ponds is headed if not already headed towards the bottom. Martin Simpson
